Pocahontas Pancakes was within walking distance of our hotel, so we decided to check it out! There was a short wait. We both ordered lunch options. I had the corned beef, and it was phenomenal! The fries were delicious and there were plenty of them. I found the service to be above and beyond. Our waitress noticed that I had somehow tucked the hem of my dress under the chair leg and discreetly pointed it out to me so I wouldn't fall when I got up.

Arrived around 11:30 on a Saturday during the off season, still fairly busy but we were seated immediately. Space is kinda tight and you may be very close to other patrons so be aware. Our server was nice, quick and efficient. Lots of menu items but she chose the avocado toast with a fried egg and I the French toast meal with scrambled eggs and bacon. The food arrived at a decent speed, and she enjoyed the large pieces of toast, generously covered in avocado spread, only missing the tomatoes. My French toast was not as warm as I would have liked but not worth the complaint. I was still tasty with not eggs and bacon, of which, the strips are kinda tiny and thin. An overall pleasant experience and we would return.

Come hungry, leave stuffed. So I got this recommendation from a buddy of mine and he warned me about the serving sizes. Looking over at a patron's pancakes, it's true. Yea they are pretty insane and surprising priced. I chose to get the crab cake eggs Benedict and side of hormel Italian sausage. The Benedict was packed with real crab and the eggs were done just right. The yoke just dripping out after you puncture it, is a really nice sight. The sausage wasn't greasy and had flavor. I do wish they served toast with the meal to soak up the yoke but I used the potato hash. There are two price payment systems. Pay with cash, no surcharge. Pay with card, get a CC charge. Service was spot on. I was seated right away and Stephanie, my server, was polite and checked on me throughout the meal. And it was nice to get a small conversation with her after checking on the other patrons. Overall four stars. Service was great and the decor is an absolute conversation item. The food servings are larger than usual but the seasoning was average. Price wise well within reason. Come again for the food, stay for the smiles. M

Cute spot for breakfast or brunch right off the beach walking path. The place does fill up fast but they provide a little buzzer and it moves fast. We only waited about 5 minutes. I went with the turkey avocado BLT. It came with tons of fries and was amazing. They have plenty of bread options and I went with sourdough. Great service and nice staff. Pay up front on your way out.

Super busy and packed--when we arrived there were several larger parties waiting outside. We went up to the hostess and checked in for two and was given a pager. She advised our wait would be about 20 minutes or less. After about 15 minutes we were seated. This was at about 9am--but the entire time we were there it did not slow down or empty up. Our server was excellent, friendly and really helpful. I ordered coffee and a water. She definitely kept the hot coffee coming and topped off. I ordered the blue crab and shrimp omelette with cheese and hollandaise sauce. Buddy got the South western Scramble and pancakes. He said the pancakes were the very best! Though it was bustling and loud--we had a great experience and would recommend it for a breakfast spot! There is parking in the rear and street parking available. The beach is just across the street. This place is always packed and for good reason. The wait was only 10 minutes, the place is packed to the brim with tables and chairs. Very noisy inside due to how many people, but the food is undeniably good. The Chicken and waffles were perfect. Get here early to avoid crowds.

This is my second (and fourth if you count the two Google reviews I have wrote for this place). I cannot emphasize the greatness of this place enough.Not only is the food (especially pancakes, French toast, and waffles) fantastic but the service is first class.While there is a wait can be long this place has it down to a science. They get you in so FAST.My only complaint is the need another location closer to me!!Would come back 100 times over.Shoutout to MJ from Hollywood Studios for taking such great pictures!

Brandi, she's a fine girl, although she didn't serve us whisky and wine but she served a nice cup of Joe and hot tea, with a smile! Pocahontas Pancakes, Pancakes guys is an understatement! This stack of pancakes was crazy tall and delicious! Pumpkin pecan, loaded with pecans, just in time for the fall, very moist and delicious. (Did I mention the pancakes were loaded with pecans!?)I indulged on the scrapple, new on the menu. It was perfectly prepared, crisp on the outside and moist with a sausage like flavor on the inside. With pancake syrup just like I remember from my younger days. The eggs tasted more farm raised than store bought and the fried potatoes were fair. (I like mine with a little onion but I know others may not so if you consider that, for those who don't like onion the potatoes were good.)As I mentioned, Brandi was on top of her game. She kept an eye on our needs for refills and checked in on us frequently. The seating is tight but maneuverable. Hope y'all are in for a treat and come hungry because there's a lot of food on the plates!

The pancakes here are amazing and WAY too big (which is a good thing). The Staff are amazing and very friendly. The decor is very interesting and cool to just look around and look at all the Native American decorations.If you're in Virginia Beach, it's a must!

I needed to get away for a minute, so Virginia Beach it is for memories of better times. When in Va Beach, you gotta get breakfast here. Food is delicious and reasonable in price. The service is warm, friendly, and swift... The setting is cheesy......and I love it....lol
