Teleflora stinks as company to do business with. Flowers are suppose to be personal but when they canceled the order without any phone call & they tell you they sent you an email was sent but I never got, where is personal touch. I only found out because I went to check to see if it was delivered yesterday on 3/29/24 like it was supposed to be.Plus I would love to find from the Jeff Bennett the President of Teleflora how he would like if someone informing him, his mother had died by email and he never gets it but when Jeff calls about it, the person tells him but we sent you an email. These flowers were suppose to be for my moms Easter & Birthday gift from my wife & I. My wife & I pissed with this company. Oh they even charged my Credit Card go figure. This is no way to treat the customers. Also, on 3/30/24 I called a local florist in the town of Hertford, NC. The name of the florist is Planters Ridge & the owner Natalie Brownhelped me. I did not know it was the owner till later on after I called back to talk to the owner about the amazing customer service that one of the employees gave me. This florist did amazing work and got it to my mother on Easter Eve. What customer service and value. I did not pay any extra for the short notice/turn around. Hertford, NC. Has a gem in there backyard please support this person.

I called this morning and Planters Ridge Florist in Hertford was wonderful to work with. The arrangement was delivered a few hours later and it was a beautiful surprise. They came highly recommended and I will always choose them for my floral needs. Great customer service and design.
