Pisco Sour! Delicious!
Peru's Asian roots shine with dishes like Chaufa. Its a stir-fry but better.
Lunch-time is a great time for Pisco 51's Brunch Menu.
My peru libre - one tiny splash of pisco and the rest all coke. $11 for coke. Cool glass though.

Food was okay, I got the escabeche de pescado and the fish was a bit too salty but was fine if I had it with rice. The sweet potatoes it came with were really cold like it just defrosted and on the menu it said it comes with an egg and it did not. I was with people who have been at the establishment before and they noted that the portion sizes gotten smaller. I tried the Inca Kola and it was way too sweet, like liquid bubblegum don't know how people drink that. Also noting they automatically charge gratuity, pretty disappointed would not return.

An overwhelming amount of dishes were "not available" and the food was average. The biggest impression made was, the lack of politeness and customer service we experienced.

WTF HAPPEN TO THIS PLACE :( ceviche is STILL good but the arroz chaufa & lomo saltado were both TOOOOO SALTY & too much soy sauce (they said the lomo had premade sauce) once brought to the waiter's attention, he decided to ignore us like a baby with an attitude the rest of our time here. :( they only took $10 off the check because i bit into the chicken. Waste of a drive from va beach.

Super friendly service. Convenient parking and warm, colorful outdoor eating area. Whole chicken was a great deal! We enjoyed our impromptu dinner and will be back again whenever in the area!

Let me tell you what, never judge a book by its cover. The look of the restaurant is not impressive but the service and the food is amazing. I had the steak saltado and it is easily one of the top 5 meals I've had here in Williamsburg, besides what my wife makes. I highly recommend trying it. I know I'll be back!

This was an excellent surprise. My husband and I had never tried Peruvian food and we took a chance and we love this place. We love the three course lunch special for $22, we always have to ask for it. The food is so flavorful and the service is amazing!

I had extremely high hopes for this place. I was so excited to see so many authentic dishes and drinks that I would eat during my time in Peru. The atmosphere looked very welcoming and family friendly! The service was extremely horrible as we had to keep trying to get our waitress' attention but she blatantly ignored us and proceeded to check on other tables. It took us about 20 minutes to get our pisco sours as other folk who ordered after us got theirs before us. After we received our drinks, we finally placed our order and didn't see our waitress again. After waiting for an hour we said something and they had said it was extremely busy and proceeded to bring out other people's food as they ordered after we did. There were 4 other tables prior to us arriving as to which 2 already had their food at their tables. 3 tables arrived after us and 2 received theirs before we did. The waitress also proceeded to make excuses as to why ours isn't prepared yet. I wanted to wait a little longer so that there were some redeeming qualities about this place, but instead we had left without eating anything. maybe next time it will be better :) The empanadas we're good and the chicha morada was great as well! The pisco sours were so delicious as they tasted just like when I was at the vineyards in Peru. The classic, maracuya (passion fruit), and mango were amazing!

Came here on a rainy Friday night. We had just arrived at a timeshare after driving around 6 hours. We wanted a meal and didn't want to wait 2 hours for an opening. My wife is a fan of Peruvian food so we decided to give it a shot. I ended up ordering Mixto Ceviche while my wife went for the 1/2 Peruvian Chicken. The Peruvian Chicken is definitely the bargain meal but we planned to share our dishes. The appetizer (it looks like unpopped popcorn) is addictive; I kept nibbling on a few every minute. When the food arrived we were a bit disappointed in the temperature of my wife's chicken (barely warm); the flavors were fantastic but we expected it to be warmer. They also gave her plantains (though she did not order them) and they were fantastic. My Mixto Ceviche was very good but too spicy for my wife; as a result I ate it all. This is a full plate of food and I was stuffed. I felt the lime and spice combination was bit overwhelming and I can't say I loved my food. Maybe I don't like Peruvian food?If I came back (no plans to do that) I would get the Peruvian Chicken with plantains and another side.

Food was so very good. The pork chops were so tender and the spices were amazing. The service was extremely attentive. The ambiance was pretty basic but fine. It was however, a tad pricey but, portion sizes were large.
