Pino's Pizza

I have eaten here a few times and the pizza's are good with more toppings than some other places put on the pizza around the area. I have also had the Philly steak sub which is good. This is a family business and the owner is friendly and on site.

A hidden gem on Hwy 58! Friendly family business and terrific food! I had the Roast Beef sub and it was thick, tender and tasty roast beef!

I really needed to enjoy a nice moment with my boyfriend. Just a nice moment. We ordered some beer and pizza. And waited. Beer was nice and cold. Waited on the pizza some more. And some more. And some more. And some more. Finally my boyfriend went up and asked where it was at. They replied "5 minutes". We just asked them to box it up for us. He asked what happened. It turns out they made two pizzas for another table and forgot ours. My boyfriend had to leave in five minutes--this the reason we ordered it 40 minutes ago. He couldn't wait anymore and had to leave having not eaten. Lunch date ruined. We don't get a lot of these anymore with his new job. Pizza finally came out with the bill and I asked if he could take the pizza off. He said sure and took the pizza and brought back the receipt with the pizza crossed off. I said ...no I want the pizza I just want it comped. How do I pay for your mistake. I waited tables. I would never expect a table who waited 50 minutes for a food to pay for it because the restaurant messed up. His MANAGER said they don't do that. So they took the pizza. I paid for the beer. And left wondering what customer is going to end with my pizza. Hope you enjoy it y'all. Don't expect exceptional service. Anyone to go out of their way. Don't expect them to make right of their wrong. If they mess up the onus is on you.

Had the experience of ordering a standard chicken parmigiana sub and cheese sticks and was pleasantly surprised by how much food I received. The sandwich itself was a foot long with plenty of gooey cheese and a side of fries which is more than enough food. I was able to split it with my husband and still have leftovers. I don't get over to Courtland but once a week but on those days that I don't pack my lunch, I'll be ordering food from Pino's. I gave the establishment three stars because being a born and bred New Yorker, I'm used to really good pizza and Italian fare and this is a close substitute that's nearby. But for the general Southampton area, they're much better than some of the other in town pizza places.

We stopped here for dinner on our way home from Chesapeake, and the food was delicious! We ordered 2 large pizzas - pepperoni and cheese, a tuna sub, and a Greek Chicken Salad. Pizzas are NY/ish in style, and portions were generous - they don't skimp on things from cheese on the pizza to dressings for the salad. We are very glad we stopped by and highly recommend trying them!

Pinos employees steal off of credit cards!!! Do not use your credit card there you may be compromised or Robed from the employees add extra tips on the receipt..I guess they need the money considering the taste of their pasta n pizza!!! ITS GROSS!

NEVER EAT AT PINO'S IN COURTLAND!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Myself and colleagues eat here at least twice a week. The other day while eating I found a black bug in my salad. I notified our server of the issue but nothing was done. She looked at the salad and took it back into the kitchen. The chef never came out to apologize for the bug found in the salad. When I went to pay for my bill, I asked the cashier was credit applied for the issue with my salad. She asked our server which was standing behind her if she knew anything about my issue. Our server responded, "I don't make the salad, the salad comes with your meal, and every time you come to eat here you and your people never leave a tip." I stated to her that we always leave a tip using our card. However, her comment about a tip is irrelevant and the issue is that it was a bug found in my food and nothing is being done about it. Also my entree I ordered was Chicken Alfredo with broccoli substitute in place of the fettuccine noodles, which they charged me an extra $1 for. I will never again waste my time or money patronizing this restaurant.

Rude management! I was a consistent customer at this location and had previously never voiced a complaint about any food concern. However, the last time I went, there was a visible issue with my food and instead of addressing it, the male manager decided to chastise the waitress for even telling him about the problem and stated that is way it comes. He basically berated the waitress and dismissed my concern. He never came to the table to even acknowledge the fact that there was a problem with the meal. They will NOT get any more of my money.
