The customer service here is utter trash. Called and placed a pick up order. When we got home the subs were made with steak and not chicken. We called back to let them know our sandwiches were wrong and the young man told us we could come back at a later date as it was close to closing. He proceeded to tell us he would take our name and place it on the wall for pickup. When we called back a few days later to get our correct subs a nasty rude women proceeded to go back and forth with us about not having our name on the wall and she wouldn't remake. I asked for a manager and she claimed to be the manager. Terrible customer service for patrons who have been coming here a long time. I won't be back. Owner should replace any manager who talks to customer that way. We have no reason to lie and told her exactly who we were dealing with and she proceeded to say she has no way to contact him to confirm and our name wasn't on the wall and she wouldn't remake. For $10 subs you shouldn't need to contact your worker to confirm. Like why would we lie? Anyway take yourself to Carinas or Pizza Hut. Save yourself the trouble.

Pino's is an all time favorite. I've always had delicious food an amazing customer service. When you walk in you can sit wherever you want. Once seated a sever will stop by to deliver menus and take your drink order. I would say that there are roughly 8 booths on each side of the big sitting area with serval tables in the middle. I usually sit in the second room when I visit because I prefer not to have everyone looking at me eat as they enter and exit the restaurant. I usually order small a cheesesteak with cheese, lettuce, mushrooms, and pickles with fries. My husband orders a large cheesesteak with everything and an appetizer of chicken strips for the table to share. The prices are reasonable for two meals and an appetizer. In no time your food is out and you're in delicious heaven with every bite. I've tried other items on the menu and they're all good, but my favorite is their cheesesteak.

Can be pricey but i guess every were is theses days. Not bad good. They need a bigger place.

Walk in and seat yourself...this place is in a strip mall, end unit...looked at the Yelp rating and it said 3.5 stars...thought we'd give it a try...place had a ton of locals inside, so that's usually a good sign...we ordered veal parmigiana and rigatoni with meat sauce...helpings were really big...it was very tasty...my only complaint was that the salad was just lettuce...they offered tomato, cucumber and onions and I only wanted cucumber thinking it would have other things...nope...literally iceberg lettuce, and cucumbers...plus the cheese I asked them to add...no carrots, peppers or anything...then they bring us squeeze bottles of dressing...lol well it all tasted good...and the soda machine was down...food made up for it all...

We were driving through town on our way to Virginia, looking for a place that wasn't "fast food". This sounded like it would be worth a try. From the outside it looked very small, but we didn't realize there was another dining room as well. The server was a little slow coming back to get out order, but was attentive the rest of the time. We had Lemon Thyme Pasta with Shrimp and Meatball Parmigiana. (both pictured) Both meals came with side salads and garlic bread. The portions on everything were generous. The Lemon Thyme Pasta with Shrimp had a bit more oil or butter than I prefer (more like a shrimp scampi). The flavor overall was good, but I could have used a little more thyme and lemon flavor. Maybe the cook can serve it with a wedge of lemon in case someone wants a bit more.The Meatball Parmigiana was excellent. (My hubby shared some with me.) Lots of meatballs, sauce and cheese with a side of pasta and sauce. We had enough to take some home for later.

We drive into town to see my partners mother and he has been talking about this place all the way down from DC. Ordered a quarter pounder and a chicken cheese steak sub. Got all the way to his mom's and they gave him a steak sub! But this time they were "closed!" Called a record 14 times!!! NO ANSWER. As someone whose family owns several small food establishments in Charleston SC this was unacceptable.

Ordered seafood sampler. Did not receive 3 oysters, was told no longer had them anymore.Did not receive discount or replacement???

Me and a friend visited restaurant at around 9:40 pm Saturday night. As we head towards counter group of 3 employees are folding silverware, they ask are we picking up? I replied no were gonna place an order. She replied they're not taking anymore orders. Looked at her coworkers and smirked as if we did something wrong. Sign outside fully lighted said OPEN. I clearly see why you're closing early, won't have customers if this is how you conduct your business. Owner stood present at the register during this entire ordeal. Never will visit again if you close at 10pm honor your own operational hours.

I will never visit this place again. I ordered the chicken alfredo with broccoli to-go. When i got home and tasted my food This is worst pasta i have ever tasted and i know pasta. The broccoli was over cooked and the alfredo sauce was clunky like cottage cheese im guessing it had to much cream cheese in it. This place is horrible im not sure where all the good reviews come from. There grade was 94.5 just inspected on Aug 2022 i should have known then that was a sign to leave and also should have know there pasta and food was not good with only having a couple of pictures of there food on the yelp.
