Pho Dalat Vietnamese Restaurant

Maybe some of the best pho I have had! Been here twice now and both times the food was just amazing! Quick service and delicious pho, what more could you ask for!

I ordered the meatball soup and it was amazing! The broth was nice and light, and fresh. The service was also great, they are so nice.

How rude can a person be.. geez. Absolutely not a single person in the restaurant around 4pm on a Thursday and the only lady working the front made it seem like I was a burden to her, while she was just on her phone. Left without ordering a single thing and headed 15 mins away to Saigon One instead, near pleasant valley rd. Just a terrible look for a small restaurant trying to survive. Management needs to get her in check or else they'll be losing more customers

Very bad service! Very rude servers , almost if they don't want you to come in to their restaurant!

My husband enjoyed the Meatball Pho - the broth was flavorful, the meatballs were tender, and the noodles were plentiful! I also enjoyed my Pork Platter - everything was fresh and the pork was flavorful and tender. It a nice casual place with plenty of inside seating. Our food came out quickly and hot. The staff were working well together and were all helpful and friendly. Check them out!

I have been here twice and it's always the cashier/waitress at front, that has the most horrible customer service. I've visited this place twice, and both times I've encountered the same problem. The staff member--whether she's a waiter or cashier--always seems rushed. During my last visit, I was still deciding what else to order when she slid the menu out from under my hand without asking. On top of that, she moved me from my preferred table and seated me all the way in the back, right next to the hand-washing area, even though the restaurant was empty. I regret giving this place a second chance. Don't get me wrong, the food is great, but her service leaves much to be desired.

I came in like 10 minutes after opening and the waiter gave me the nastiest attitude but that's how I knew the food was gonna be good af. Last time I went to a pho restaurant I didn't like it but I knew there was hope. This place has changed my mind about pho. Although I didn't directly order an original pho dish I can just see myself liking it. I ordered Spring Rolls and Hue Noodle. Tastes fresh and the noodles have a very good consistency.

I don't think many people know about this place. It still has that family owned feel. The menu book is still the same with a photo for each entree and the price. Prices are still reasonable compared to some of the other Vietnamese pho stores. I appreciate they haven't drastically increased their prices like so many restaurants have in the recent year. They will give you a small discount if you pay in cash. So I look at it as a win-win situation. It is nice to use real cash sometimes in this digital day and age.

I'm going to be dreaming about that broth for the rest of my life.I came on a rainy day at 53 degree weather after a one hour hike at the nearby Ed R County Park.I've always had the basic meat pho with rice noodles so imagine my surprise when one of their most popular bowls was a seafood based pho with egg noodles!! It was so good! There were huge prawns and chicken and this fish cake thing and this pork/crabmeat ball thing idk it was delicious.Service was fast and friendly and though I came at lunch time there was plenty of seating. Definitely come in for a good time.

I've been to Pho Dalat a few times now and it has become one of two of my go-to places for pho in Chesapeake. They keep the restaurant tidy and the the food comes our fairly fast.- Parking -Center lot.- TLC - Depending on who you get, the interaction is pretty short and direct. However, the service is always fast and efficient the times I have been.- Noms + Sips - Vietnamese Iced Coffee - great! I always ask for extra condensed milkSpring rolls - overall, always made to order and very fresh, but I am not a fan of the raw beans sprouts that they include in their rolls. Most other pho places around the area do not have beans sprouts and I prefer them without.Beef pho - the broth is great and overall a really tasty pho. I just wish there were different size options. The soups are all generally one size at one price.Udon - my kids have had their udon and it was pretty good.A few things to note:- They have a picture menu so it's great for newbies and veterans alike. We eat with our eyes, don't we?- The menu features just basic Vietnamese pho and dishes. Not too many options once you "graduate" the newbie phase and want to try something new.- If you pay by card, they now have a new policy (and maybe new to me because I have never noticed this before), but they will charge YOU the transaction fee. Luckily, I had an emergency $20 stash in my wallet, so I used that to pay my take out order recently. A pet peeve of mine is paying service fees! So moral of the story, take out some cash before heading out to Pho Dalat.Overall, a great place for some pho if you are limited on time, just take out some cash!Stay safe, Friends!
