Philly Style Steaks & Subs

Really good cheesesteaks. Surprised they didn't have wiz, but I got mine with grilled onions, sweet peppers, mushrooms, provolone & white American, & it was delicious. Will defi go back when I'm in the area again.

Sad waste. This bread was prolly great before whatever this was they did to it. Sad, bad, sad, bad, and sad.

We had 5 orders placed for my coworkers and I. The lady on the the phone was pleasant and respectful. She said it would be a 25m wait. When I arrived, there was a long line of people waiting as well as people enjoying their food. By the time I got to the front, my order was already done. All of my coworkers were very content with their Philly cheesesteak. I, on the other hand, had the chicken cheesesteak with sweet peppers and onions (12"). It was extremely flavorful and so juicy that the oil seeped through the paper lol. Putting it in the toaster oven for later tonight. Great eats for sure!

Got the Philly special with meat and it was better than recent past. The prices have definitely gone up.

Been a year since I've been here last. Family lives here and I refuse to come without a cheesesteak from Philly style steaks and subs.Refuse to come to Norfolk Virginia without a visit to this spectacular cheesesteak distributor.Here visiting family and ordered six to feed everyone. It got very quiet once we opened up the sandwiches and started eating. Nobody was talking everyone was eating. Great steak sandwichCan't wait to come back to see family and grab at least 1 cheesesteak

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Simply amazing food. It's a very popular spot. There is parking in the lot in front of the building and they have a pretty open concept dining room. Due to their popularity, there was a bit of a wait inside. We went on a Sunday and were surprised at how many people had the same idea for dinner. The kitchen and cook staff should be applauded for how quick they are able to cook and fill orders. The system they use to make the sandwiches quickly was impressive to see. We ordered the chicken phillies which is one of their staple items. You do have your choice of meat for your sandwich. They have a full menu of options so don't think it's only phillies available. Everything was delicious. We ordered our food to go however they do have a eating section as well. Oh and please be on time before they close. Once closing time approaches, they will prevent you from entering. Can't wait to visit again

Food amazing, service good. I really love how popular this place is the amount of food you get to me is worth it. The Philly is absolutely delicious and my family and I have been coming here over 10 years! Highly recommend!

the food is superb and cooked fast BUT more often than not if you try to call in your order they don't answer the phone its off the hook and sometimes when they do answer u r put on hold so long that it's not worth the wait.if you went there and left your purse or eyeglasses forget about calling them.I feel that my money spends just like the person who stands in line so why don't they take turns rotating phone orders and in store orders or just get rid of the phone i'm so glad that hospitals etc aren't that way

Good food and service good music everything is made fresh you can't go wrong with this place

Greatest Cheesesteak in Hampton Roads try the chicken Philly it's sooo good! Hamburger are great fries so delicious, even the fountain drinks are good. It's a regular place for me and my family.
