Baily is not only a hero as a Chesapeake fire fighter but a life saver at the marina too!I am a regular client for hull cleaning but yesterday, a certain knuckle head dropped his phone out of his hoodie. Me, I am that knuckle head. I went to Verizon and they told me I could still get money for a trade in if I could get it. I called Baily and even though his lovely wife was sick he told me he'd get it in the morning. Well he did. And that sucker was still working. Thank you Phillips family for what you do!
