I just left the Poplar Hall location after being helped by Tony Wynn. He treated me very special. He didn't know it, but my objective was to get 2 suits for under $ 400.00. Tony spent well over an hour with me, found me two different 3 piece suits, two shirts and two nice ties that he picked out.....alteration, taxes and everything all under set self dictated budget !! Thank you Tony Wynn!

Charles, who manages the Norfolk location, hooked it up! He is the man to see! We initially went in for a tux rental & Charles suggested the idea of purchasing a more nice suit - while looking just as sharp - spending our money on something we'll surely use again. He found us a fantastic slim fit modern jacket & pant set - ON SALE, and paired it with a tuxedo style - perfect, but not TOO perfect - textured shirt. They hemmed & took in the waist of the pants w/in minutes. The tie & pocket square he chose, were spot on. Add his perfectly picked shoes, belt, socks, & (not too) blingy cufflinks, and as a pair, we could have shown up to the Grammy's! The best part...it was all around $400. Well worth it when a rental runs $150 for one evening.Folks, I guarantee associates, working with this menswear merchandising genius, can pull off the style he provided for us! Exactly the service we needed to get my fiancée suited up not only for his own wedding but any future formal events. He was able to get properly sized for perhaps the first time in his life, and we were able to easily order a nice medium gray three piece and a good black three piece as well.Alterations were on site and while they don't stock the slim fit shirts he needs due to his strangely gorilla like proportions, he's still going to be kitted up appropriately for our wedding in January. Can't recommend this place enough for affordability and attentive professional service.

I suppose I'm a bit indifferent to this place. My buddy came into my office with a sharp looking dress shirt and suggested I go to PMFM. Unfortunately, they don't have shirts in the slim fit size and the sales guy was kind enough to suggest that I go to Macy's.Since I was already there looked around at some of their suits. They didn't have much by way of my size but some pretty rad looking designs for when I'm old or when I need to dress up as a pimp for Halloween.One thing I did like was their shoe selection. I always wondered if there were dark blue/navy dress shoes made and sure enough these folks carry them. When it's time to redapper up my shoe collection I'll be sure to stop in and see what they have to offer.

I ordered 2 shirts from them. They were the same shirt and two different sizes because with never ordering from them before I was unsure of my size. I needed the shirt for the Ky Derby and did not have time to order twice. When I got the shirts I tried them both on. When I contacted them to return the other shirt by phone the guy was rude and continued to act as if I had worn the shirt and continued to ask if I had it in its original packaging. I said, " Tags are on the shirt and the cardboard is with it. The plastic bag I threw away because you have to tear it to get it out." He continued to say if it was not in it's original packaging they would not return. All this says to me about this company is that they will find any way to get out of letting you return an item. The product that I did keep is very nice and it came in quickly. If you can't return anything because you try it on then it's not worth it. I have no idea how to "package" it like they do, and if that is the requirement that is really just a way to not have to return an item. They should be able to fold it and put it in another bag as long as it is unworn and the tags are still on it. All I can say is that they lost a customer because of this. Their prices are fair and the product that I kept seems to be good quality.

Terrible customer service, I paid for an Uber to get there, walk in nobody says a word, waited 30 mins made eye contact with the salesman and they just looked at me like I wasn't supposed to be in that store, when I asked for help the dude got smart, I simply left, don't spend your money with people who think "we been busy since we opened " mentality as if bad customer is ok long as business is booming, and the guy had on a yellow kangol with a line green shirt trying to sell suits clown

Phillip Michael Fashion has become my go to for my boys for nice clothing. I bought suits for both of them last year knowing Ring dances & proms were around the corner. Both have been able to wear the clothing for multiple uses and the clothes wear well and last. I loved the great service, and how they took the time with the boys and listened to what they were looking for etc. I was surprised at how affordable it was as well. Great quality and top notch service. Do yourself a favor and go there first. I'm glad I did.

Bought some suits for a wedding for June. Went there in April. They are running a sale buy one suit get one suit half off, only exclusive listed is suit can not be on sale. Got It. Consistency calling the company to see what's taking so long for the suits to come in, even went by there a couple of times. Only to be told they was running late, expecting anytime. Mind you they never got in touch with me. Also told them we bought the suits so we could use for photo shoot a week before the wedding that's why we didn't rent. Well needless to say the suits didn't come in the week before, so we had to postpone the photo shoot. When they came in the week of the wedding, they did not want to honor the Buy one get one half off due to them ordering the suits. Well the suit was in the store one of the grooms was able to use that one but they didn't carry all the sizes so they would have to order the rest. Nothing in the advertisement said only in store suits, so they tried it. Then they didn't order one of the Groomsmen's suit at all. We was told the original suit didn't come in his size but they did carry a suit pretty close to the color they were getting so that would be fine, but no suit was ordered at all. We had to go rent a suit 2 days before the wedding and he had to get a different color all together due to timing and also had to pay for expedited tailoring. Called Corporate they weren't much help either, they just stated all suits should be paid together, we didn't have a problem with that either being the suits weren't paid for yet and we wasn't told that either. I feel the communication between me the customer and management was not good, had to fight for the deal that they didn't want to give but so many mistakes were made they didn't have a leg to stand on. Would not recommend Philip Michaels Fashions to anyone I know.

This isn't specific to a store, I ordered online. But I had placed an order early last week at macy's and then on friday I woke up to an e-mail from them stating the item I wanted was backordered and wouldn't be in until 6/16/2018. This wouldn't work as I needed the item for a wedding on June 1st.So I then scoured the internet and everyone either was more expensive, didn't have my size (14) or didn't have the color I wanted. Found Philip Michael Fashion and although the reviews and stuff were less favorable, I decided to give them a shot.I received my shoes today, within 3 business days basically and was informed EVERY step of the way about said item. Kudos to you.My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because you guys have no social media presence and in today's day and age, that's a must to be a thriving business! Use the internet and social media to help market you better and more profitable!
