The food is absolutely outstanding. If you like non-American Chinese food this is the place for you. The restaurant is clean and beautiful. The wait staff (Tim) made our dining experience one to not be forgotten. Kudos Tim. I can't wait to return.

I believe that there is a big difference between a Chinese Restaurant and Chinese takeout. Unfortunately, Peter Chang has crossed over the rubicon into Chinese takeout territory.This was once a very popular place where you could enjoy a fantastic meal. Now, it is little more than a fancy Chinese takeout restaurant, in terms of food quality. Their prices do not reflect that massive change as they charge upscale prices for mediocre quality food. I chose to spend my money elsewhere.

Today's order: pork bao appetizer, braised fish in spicy sauce, beef flat noodles and (to go) tea smoked duck. Been a while since we were here, and pleased to see that place is still very nice. Everything looks clean and upscale. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Fish was nicely spiced (I often have to request extra, but this was on point! Definitely recommend!

Peter Chang is our go-to spot for authentic Chinese cuisine. The dry fried eggplant is awesome and so is the pork belly appetizer. All of the entree portions are big enough to share and do a family-style meal. I highly recommend Peter Chang!
