I had the double cheeseburger and it was outstanding. The burger tasted like in n out burger minus the special sauce. Friendly staff. I will be back

I've been to the location at ODU often and always had (and still have) an excellent lunch there.We were going to the Cinema Cafe for a movie and I noticed that this location was right down the road. I thought, "why pay so much at the movie when we can have a nice, inexpensive meal before we go?"We were not disappointed!A great, easy dinner before the movie for much less than we would have spent at the theater.I had two hot dogs with sauerkraut and mustard (a must for this ex-New Yorker), along with crispy fries and onion rings (ask for a half order of each).My partner had the egg salad plate and said it was fresh and delicious. Service was attentive and fast.Highly recommend!

I love this little hot dog joint! It's a no-frills dining option that people really seem to enjoy. It's usually pretty packed when the hubs and I stop in for the occasional lunch. What I particularly like is that the hubs can get a hotdog fix and I can get a burger fix without getting outlandish proportions and we can leave without feeling overly guilty. I usually opt for the #3 daily lunch special, which comes with a perfectly sized double cheeseburger, a side (I'm partial to the cheesy tots!), a drink, and a choice of cookie (Chocolate chip for me, please!). It's really the perfect little burger meal that sort of takes me back to my childhood. The hubs always goes with one of the hotdogs or hotdog-infused concoctions (most recently Magic Mike). One of these days I need to try the grilled chicken wrap. I watched as one of the girls made the wrap one weekend and it looked SO good.Speaking of the girls. The ladies who operate this place work their booties off and do it with smiles on their faces, even when it's a madhouse. They're on the go nonstop. So make sure you tip 'em well!!!

Tater Tots!I was told that PF had great Tater Tots! So I ventured in. I sat at the counter and was instantly amazed by Ashley and company. These young ladies had everything in control. The flow of orders just rocketed out. I opted for the cheeseburger with onions....which surprised me when the onions were cooked on the grill with the burger. Cheeseburger is not fancy, but tasty, especially with those onions! With my cheeseburger, I went with fries. Yes, I wanted tater tots, but unfortunately, there were out. Fries were tasty, still trying to decide if their secret sauce is good. Figure it has to be, I ended up splitting my fries, either dipped in ketchup or the secret sauce. So try it.Lastly I was very impressed with the way the ladies handled a customer who was "challenging". I thought they handle themselves very well.So, with tasty food and great customer service, I will have to come back....and I'm coming for those Taters!

I wish there was a way to put 0 stars, this place just serves frozen food that's been reheated, and wait time is ridiculous for something I could just buy from the Walmart frozen isle.

I've seriously been missing out by not coming in sooner!Located in the Edinburgh shopping area of Chesapeake near Target, this place is the epitome of lunchtime diner - long bar for patrons with tables lining the opposite wall. It was hopping yesterday (Mon 12/27) at lunch time. I figured it would be busy considering the holiday, but I had no idea it would be packed full. And the entire visit, I saw 3 young ladies busting their booties to make sure everyone was taken care of! I know a lot of places are struggling right now with lack of hired help, but these 3 should be commended for their hard work! I don't know how they kept up.My hubby and I were meeting some family friends (collectively, we had a party of 10 and managed to steal 2 tables at the back of the place as another large group was leaving. One of the servers was quick to get the tables cleaned and reset for us. There's a digital menu by the grill and printouts on the tables available. They have a lot to offer aside from their hot dog varieties - burgers, wraps, salads and the like. They also have combo lunch specials to keep things simple. And they have desserts, cookies and milkshakes.Most everyone we dined with had a dog or burger. I opted for a grilled chicken sandwich, which was perfectly cooked and good size for the price. I was excited about some crinkle fries (it reminds me of childhood at Irwin's counter in Chesapeake). Hubby had the chicago dog, which he really liked. Nothing fancy here - you'll get your order on a paper plate. Condiments and napkins are available on the tables.Overall, a great experience and we will definitely return! For the price and service, it doesn't get much better.

Good food, good service, seemingly always busy but not overcrowded. Could be a little cleaner but it is definitely not filthy.

if I could give a negative review I would cause honestly my experience at perfectly franks was terrible, owner was a real piece of work she wasn't the owner/ manager I would have reported her but I can, def do not recommend at all. if u end up going I hope you don't run into the owner/manager. I will never go to any perfectly franks again because of her she's just ruined my whole love for the place. also mostly everything you get there u can get for cheaper at a grocery store there no point in spending money here just take ur 5 bucks and get two bags of frozen fries.

Love this place!! Always friendly and fast service with good food! Can't wait to go back!
