Worked with Nathan on a custom cart and he was fantastic. Honest, helpful, and very personable. They don't have much stock, but they got in a ton of new carts that they will switch out for used ones from local golf courses. Their only problem now is labor and parts.

I brought my golf cart in 5 months ago so it would be ready for the camping season. I asked them to fix the lights and they said they had to completely rewire and start over with the lighting, replace the headlights and this cost almost $500. I had no problem with paying as it had to get done and I wanted it right. I took my cart to the campground which wasn't used because of the season and began using it in June. I have used the lights about 10 times and my friends and I were going down the road in our carts and smoke started pouring out of the front. The wiring had melted. I took it back to Peebles and they wanted to charge an additional $200 to fix their own work. They do not back their service and I would stay away. They are rude and unprofessional.

Having recently vacationed in Sandbridge for our wedding and family vacation, we thought it would be fun to rent a golf cart for the week. Kathy was a tremendous help in coordinating the drop-off and pickup. She was accommodating in every sense of the word. I would highly recommend them over the other golf car companies in the area. If you are looking for a reasonable price, great product and outstanding customer service, this is the place to go. Thank you, Peebles, for the excellent experience!

Just received my new lithium ion golf car today and have to say that the total buying experience was exactly what one would hope for. Ryan went through all the features that we wanted, the manager gave me the pro's and con's of battery type and comparison of other golf cars. There was no pressure on any decisions. Once the decisions had been made, I was kept up to date on status changes in the delivery process which fell within what I was told at the begining. There was no over promise and under deliver at any point along the way. What they said, they delivered which is important to me. By the way, the car looks great and has already started neighborhood envy.

I bought a golf cart 3 months ago from Ryan. It died during the drive yesterday and we pushed it home. We plugged in charger and nothing happened. Called and spoke to Jason, the Service Manager and he asked if it was charging and we said no. He said they need to see the golf cart and run diagnostics which would cost $90 and then $113 to pick it up and return it, plus the repair charge. I requested a call from Ryan which never came. So we decided to be resourceful and goggle this and read that DISTILLED WATER needs to be added to the batteries monthly, especially in summer. We did this and had the cart running again in one hour plus a full charge overnight and now good to go. My complaint is this.. Jason should have asked this basic question to find out if we could self remedy this and save money and time without our cart. His customer service was TERRIBLE and he rushed to get off the phone. I would expect better service from a company that sold me a $7000 golf cart 3 months ago. They obviously just wanted more money from me and didn't care to help me further. VERY disappointed and will not buy from them again. I though buying local rather than online for half the price would provide me better service. Once you give them your money, don't expect anything further.

I will admit I was a little hesitate at first to call given the fact that they only had one review and it was a bad one but I called anyway. The gentleman kindly took my information and assured me that Jessica would call me back and she did!! So far it has been a pleasant experience getting the information that I needed. Jessica was expeditious in emailing me what I needed to pass on to our decision makers and answering all of my questions. She also assured me that the individual that was mentioned in that one review no longer worked there. So should we decide to go forward with the rental, I feel confident that the experience will continue to be a positive one!! Thank you Jessica!!! Just a note to everyone, don't let one bad review (especially from 2'years ago) deter you from at least giving them a call!!

this place is terrible!! kathy is beyond rude and unprofessional. she could care less that I needed a golf cart for our vacation. I guess they dont want $230 for a week rental. I booked 3 weeks in advance & had trouble with Kathy the whole time. they didn't deliver on time & didnt again after the first screw up. I just canceled the whole thing, it was that bad. Do not rent from here!!! bad experience.
