Peanut Patch Shoppe

I stayed in town later than I had planned to wait for this place to open. It is clean and nicely laid out. There's a big section with gift type items . The few things I looked at were expensive. They had 2 brands of nuts, the Feridies and Virginia Diner. There were multiple flavors of both but more in the Feridies line. There are open cans with a plastic spoon in them if you want to sample a flavor. I was surprised at the costs....it seemed they were close to the peanut fields so would be less than in a retail store. Wrong. I did buy two small cans. Have not opened them yet. Hopefully they will be worth it.

A wonderful experience again!! Excellent service and it's nice to sample before you buy!!!! I highly recommend you add time for stopping and shopping!!!!!

After seeing a sign for Peanut Patch, we coincidentally stumbled upon the shop! We were on the way to Hampton from a convention in Raleigh, NC and were all dressed up. The staff conversed with us while we shopped and seemed interested in what we had been doing. Overall, an amazing experience and wonderful trail mix

The shop is just okay. They have change a lot of things such as there name Freddie but sign on the building still says Peanut Patch Shoppe. They didn't have as many peanuts as I remember and didn't find what I was looking for, so didn't buy anything. The young lady greeted me from the counter but the other two lady's never said hello or anything.

I ordered a gift basket yesterday from Feridies (aka - the peanut patch). It has already been delivered! Their store is lovely and everyone in there is super friendly...need a gift...here's a great local spot!
