Was not real happy with the quality of care my child received at the pediatric office in Chesapeake. The front office had barely any seating and I was left standing waiting for us to be called back. Also told they were not able to get the right dental X-rays because my child's mouth was too small but yet his previous dentist was able to. Also you're a pediatric dentist so how are you not accommodating to a child's small mouth...

Dr. Fitzgerald and his team at Hanbury Dental have completely changed my life. I was very unhappy with my teeth and needed so much work done that I had practically give up hope that I would ever be able to smile comfortably ever again. I didn't go out into public very often because I was embarrassed of the way I looked because my teeth were so bad. Dr. Fitz gave me a smile makeover that only one could dream of and gave me my life back.. and my smile!!! I can never thank them enough for all that they have done for me and my confidence!!

Absolutely the WORST. Please do NOT go there. I got three crowns last Monday. I was still having pain despite around the clock ice and OTC pain medicine so the dentist saw me again on Friday- said it was a bite issue so he filed down the crowns a bit. I told him at the end of the spot that it felt the exact same. He told me to come back on Monday if still having continuing pain. I call this Monday and they say they can't help me, that they don't have a doctor for two weeks as the doctor moved to Florida?! (What?!) Why would this dentist tell me to call back Monday if I was still having pain if he knew he wasn't going to be there? It's like he specifically pushed me off. Please do not go here- it's obvious they don't care about their work or their patients being in pain.BTW- they referred me to some sister location...that location didn't even know this practice was referring people there and said they couldn't even fit me in until at least tomorrow. The really messed up thing is that the dentist told me that I should do all three of these crowns at once so I wouldn't be in pain or have any issues by my birthday (which is today). Happy birthday to me, my mouth hurts like hell :( I really hope this next dentist can fix whatever this previous dentist did...

Haven't been able to find a good dentist since our family dentist retired when I was 15 and I've lived in Hampton Roads my whole life. And FINALLY found the spot!! These folks are amazing! They are so personable, attentive and reasonably priced. They explain everything their doing so you understand fully, the place is immaculately clean, the location and parking are great and the BEST and most important part is they have Great State of the Art equipment! I'm happy to have them looking out for myself and my family!

AMAZING DOCTORS AND STAFF! I would refer anyone to this office. I've seen both Dr.'s, Dr. Cozy and Dr. Grace and I would recommend them to anyone.

Twelve days ago my husband tried calling this dental office, he left a message and nobody returned his call so we drove to the office and ten days ago and went inside, made an appointment for May 20th, gave his insurance information and was given new patient paperwork to fill out and bring with him to his appointment. On the morning of May 20th we received a call from this dental office 3 hours before his appointment time and was told they don't accept his insurance.He was told his insurance was accepted even he scheduled in person. You had 10 days to figure this out prior to the day of his appointment.Terrible customer service. You just lost 3 new patients. Obviously you don't need the business

The most inexperience dentist and staff. I saw Dr. Cozy to place a crown in my mouth. The entire process has been a nightmare. The wait time was always over 35 minutes. One instance I waited over an hour to be seen and rescheduled. The crown was the incorrect size so was not sized correctly and ultimately after the crown was placed it fell out. They refunded my money and dental claim but warning others who might need the same work completed. Save yourself a headache and find an experienced dentist.

Super rude and unhelpful. Not upfront about copays and extremely unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE.

Dr. Alexandra Patil need the remedial course for bedside manners. I'm a new patients at the practice, Dr. Alexandra Patil walks into the room does not speak, rushes through out appointment, she does not build rapport and immediately refers out. My entire experience was horrible. I left in extreme pain of toothache. A Complete waste of time spent.

It had been since June that they had billed my insurance for a cap. It had to be sent back out twice maybe three times, I can't remember. I was told not to worry about the cost until my appointment. That cost was around $400 and I was told this after the procedure. (It wasn't even completed, I went home with a temporary this day.) Not only was I dropped this information on the way out but I was in so much pain from the assistant who tried to yank my other temporary off after I already stressed how sore I was. They worked with me on the price, thank God, but then I had to come back multiple times to get it right. One procedure the numbing wore off and I expressed this but they said there wasn't anything else they could do and continued the procedure. I left in so much pain. I'm already afraid of the dentist to begin with. I finally got the permanent cap on and they told me I can't come back to the practice because I was disrespectful. (So don't cry in their office. Also don't get upset when they mess up your billing.) My bite still feels a bit high but I don't think I'll ever set foot in there again even though they said I had 30 days. My dental benefits are completely drained so I'll have to pay out of pocket to go somewhere else to have another dentist look at this cap for me. This whole ordeal had been a nightmare.
