Surprisingly good, not greasy and ingredients are fresh unlike most Chinese places where it's always the typical oily brown sauce on everything; and meat and rice may be tasting a day old. I didn't give the place 5 stars because the place needs a little upkeep for ambiance. I ordered kung pao chicken for carry out. The only reason why it's not 5 stars is that there's not enough spice as am used to...

This is one of the best fast food Chinese restaurants here in the 23464 zip code. I know that Chinese fast food places are as abundant as 711 stores but this restaurant stands out. I just left the store where this rude customer was trying to bargain extra gravy at the rate of $1.25. Cmon man, you had to be rude to the worker for a whole $1.25? He told the worker, I want this complimentary and if not I'm going to complain and put you on Facebook. How rude and just ridiculous. The jerk ended up just leaving due to him not getting his complimentary extra gravy. What a piece of work. I hope more people enjoy the food from Panda Garden. Through the years, my family and I have also ordered larger trays from this restaurant and we have never had an issues with food nor service. Anyhow, the worker handled the situation very well and I will gladly bring more business to Panda Garden!!

First of all this place looks incredibly dirty on the inside, and the drink cooler is nothing short of disgusting. But, Once again I'm undone by the phone getting priority over the live customer. We walked in and the phone rang and the lady behind the counter started taking a phone order. We stood there for literally 10 minutes (I was watching my phone deciding I'd leave if it hit 10 minutes) as one lady took a 40 dollar phone order, another lady walked around and packed up already made phone orders, and one guy cooked in the back. I don't have patience when you don't even give a courtesy "hello" when we walk in the door. 10 minutes is way more than enough time to at least acknowledge that we are standing in front of you. Of course as we walked out she called "hello!" Out to us but you've already lost my business.

Definitely some of the best Chinese take out in Virginia Beach. It is the one I will go to for Chinese!!

This place is delicious!!! 10 outta 10 would recommend !!! They have great service, very polite!!

Literally made a yelp account for the SPECIFIC purpose, of gassing this place up. The floors behind the counter? Spotless. Service? Amazing. Now here is what I really came to say, this locations crisps the chicken up to a point that even completely sauced up; you still get a satisfying crunch. The crab rangoon? Perfection. Everything that I have ever ordered from here has been creme de la creme.

It's a NO for me. Went there out of convenience on a Friday. Ordered garlic shrimp with veggies medium spice. I had a total of 5 shrimp, more veggies than necessary and a super sweet sauce that made me gag. The best part about it was the steamed white rice. I waited 30 minutes for this when business was slow, and I won't do it again.

We ordered for delivery today at 6:54 PM. My order was delivered at 7:24PM. Not only was the food tasteless, it was only lukewarm. Soup needed reheating. Pepper Steak was just warm. Shrimp Chow Mein needed reheating. I live less than 5 minutes from the restaurant. Now I remember why I had not ordered from here in several years.

Excellent food with big portions. Purchased a delivery order consisting of chicken with broccoli, general tso's chicken, and 4 pork eggrolls. Egg rolls were bigger than most. General Tso's was crispy and had thick sauce. Both orders came with rice. Delivery took 45 minutes, but having read the reviews first I anticipated that. I will be ordering here again!

Food has always been good and the staff is great. I've ordered from there several times and it's always correct.
