Visited this location inside Lynnhaven Mall on a Wednesday morning around 11am. Very slow time at the mall so I was looking forward to shopping and avoiding the crowds. I went into this location and walked the entire women's side and searched through sale racks in the back. I was here for at least 20 minutes and the two workers at the registered didn't acknowledge me once. Not even a smile. They continued to talk to each other the entire time about their social lives and non work related topics. I was the only customer in the store the entire time! It was a very off putting experience. I didn't expect them to help me shop or strike up a conversation with me but a "Hi" or "Good Morning" would have been nice! Needless to say I left without buying anything. The store was clean and organized though.

Visit quite often for my boyfriend and the staff is always so unwelcoming and lack the ability to communicate with their customers. Very little attention when asking questions, short answers and never welcomed or acknowledged in the store. When checking out zero eye contact, talks to coworker about social life and drama between co workers.

Pac Sun is not a store that I frequent and I've actually never been to this location. My friend was looking for jeans and was able to purchase two pairs with the help of the super friendly, extremely helpful staff.The staff explained the deals of the day: certain jeans were buy one-get one 50% off while other styles were BOGO free. The styles and sale options were clearly marked on both the ladies and fellas sides. And all of the jeans were neatly displayed and everything was in the correct place.We were only considering one style/fit of pant during the first round of fittings, but when the cashier recommended to try a different fit that they had success with we headed back to the fitting room. Annnd...it was a winner. They staff even allowed the new jeans to be worn out of the store. Removing the tags and sensors while the jeans were on.I unfortunately did not have success with the pair that I tried on. This store is not really my style, but I'd give the staff a high five and a thumbs up for their excellent customer service, and a way to go for the stores array of jean styles, colors and washes.

I really like the clothing at Pac Sun. This location has been one that I have shopped at for years but recently has gone downhill a bit. A couple of people left and now things are not the same. Sarah is now around all the time and she is rude and I refuse to shop while she is working. I will not be treated like a lesser species and then hand someone my cash. Hopefully her ass gets fired sometime soon so I can shop when I want too, not when she is off. In the meantime I will take my business to the Greenbrier location where Tera now works.

I love PACSUN in general, but this is the largest location on the Southside, the staff are all very friendly, the selection is very plentiful most of the time, and they always have a good selection of clearance items. I am always able to find a variety of jeans on clearance, year round for 20$ and under, great shirts and hoodies, all the great brands, Hurley, Fox, Roxy, in a variety of sizes. They don't run sales on Fox attire often, but everything else, once to twice a month, good sales... about the only place I shop... love it...

Pacific Sunwear, now shortened to PAC Sun is your typical surf clothing shop. There are bathing suits, board shorts and your standard Hurley, Roxy and Billabong t-shirts. Always casual and aiming toward your younger wave riding (or maybe not so much) set, PAC Sun doesn't provide anything unique to most of the stores in Lynnhaven Mall. Like Tilly's, Vans and Hollister, they offer the same clothes and styles, with maybe a few minor differences in brands. So if you can't find that hot rasta colored Roxy bikini in your size at Tilly's, try your luck at Pac Sun.

I just needed a decent bathing suit that wouldn't fall apart like those Sun shops on va beach strip. So i ended up buying a one piece (it was for the pool) and it worked out great. The staff was pretty friendly but left me alone and didn't pester, which i thought was excellent.

Cute clothes, but not good customer service. Me and 2 other girls were waiting for a fitting room for like 10 minutes. There was NO one on the floor. Eventually I called them, telling them we were waiting for a fitting room and it took the girl 5 minutes to come out and let us in, and she had an attitude about it. Most of these employees do. Girl was on a call on her airpods while I was checking out.

This has to be the worst pacsun location. Let me explain:Today I went in to return two items I ordered online that did not fit properly. I browsed around to see if they had anything new that I could possibly exchange it for but there was not. I did not have the original paper form receipt but I did have the online invoice and also retrieved one from customer service in order to process the return. I get to counter and I tell the "manager" (that is what she stated was her position) that I did not have the original form but customer service sent me a new invoice to process the return and said it will work just fine and if she had any issues to contact her. She refused to process it stating she couldn't without the original form and started getting erratic with me. I explained to her that it has happened before and the other manager I've known to be at that location processed it without the original form any other times and found the items under my account history. The employee (she said her named was "Brianna" aka manager) then said "well she was actually fired for doing a lot of stuff wrong" ... I have never seen a lack of professionalism before in my life. That was private information I did not need disclosure of nor do I feel was right to be shared. I stepped outside and contacted customer service and after 40 minutes returned. They had pretty much emailed me an original invoice and told me to present it to the manager and if she had issues to contact them once again. At this point there is line and only one person (his name was "kameron" from what the "manager" told me) was working at the register. There was several other employees behind the register just standing around including Brianna and were not assisting whatsoever. In front of me was another customer who was having an issue returning her items and as she walked away "Kameron" stated "I felt like an ass doing that" to the manager. He picked up a receipt and handed it to Brianna and it was the customers original receipt that they kept. I placed my items on the table and he states "damn another return" ... Again, how unprofessional. I tell him I have an original invoice sent by customer service and I show it to him. He grabs my phone and starts typing information in. He looks like he kinda was trying to process it but then looks over at his co workers and says "I swear I'm gunna quit man" and then stated "I hate these fucking computers". The manager "Brianna" then tells him to go help the other line and stops what he was doing and says "I can't do the return like I told you before". I politely explain what customer service said and she goes "I don't care what they said, I'm the manager and I'm telling you I can't." You can process it with them but I can't do it. I told her customer service said you can call them if you had any issues. She stated she wouldn't and that she was starting to get annoyed with me and was going to call security on me. How do you threaten to call security on a frequent shopper because you don't want to process a return? There is a long line behind me since no one else working wants to ring out customers and everyone is witnessing what is occurring. I told her that's fine and I would leave but could I have her first name and the other employees name. She said no several times. I asked why and she stated "because I don't have too." I asked could she at least write it down because I will need it for my complaint and stated I could get it from the cops. A customer behind me said she will not be shopping there again and could not believe she was the manager by how she was acting. She called security and told me I was acting up over a return and I told them I just needed her name. She started raising her voice saying she wanted me removed from "her store", told me "funny how you lost your attitude when the cops arrived" and when I asked her again how her name was spelt when the cops arrived she said I wrote it down correctly although she never seen what I wrote or how I wrote it and when I asked how her co workers name was spelt, all she told me was that it started with a K. The cops told me to call corporate and that no manager should behave like that when we got outside. They felt bad for me and I honestly was so distraught and crying because I've never been removed from a store, never been in trouble with the law and have never even received a parking ticket. This employee was way out of line and should not be a manager nor be working there plus her co worker. It was a very heart breaking incident because pacsun is one of my favorite retail stores to shop at but after everything was said and done I will not be returning unless she is terminated. I have shopped at other pacsuns in the area and never have any issues and whenever I tell co workers about why I avoid the one at lynnhaven they always tell me how a lot of customers have had nothing negative incidents there. Please be wary of this location and avoid it if possible!
