Tim was extremely kind and knowledgeable. This was obvious before it was even my turn as he was helping an older gentleman before me and was so patient and easy going with him. When we were discussing my laptop's issues he broke down some of what the reasons could be and what they would do in each situation. He called when they had finished diagnosing and explained that it would be expensive to fix and that they would be happy to but it wouldn't be worth it for me. I appreciate that honesty and straightforwardness. As well, they didn't charge me at all which is both amazing and crazy because they spent time diagnosing possible solutions and updating me. All around amazing experience and even this long review can't cover it!

Well, I don't recommend that you break your phone, but if you do, this place rocks! They are honest, they want to save you money, and they know what they are doing. I dropped my son's Samsung Galaxy in my iced tea and it quit working due to water damage. They were able to fix it, but if they hadn't been able to, they wouldn't have charged me. So, it was win/win either way. I hope I don't break anything on my next vacation, but if I do, I know where to go....

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Gave us a number of options to deal with our issue and never tried to upsell or push us to a more expensive option. Very trustworthy and would highly recommend.

I've taken phones, tablets and computers to these guys over the past few years. They do the work with quality in a timely fashion for a reasonable price. I also appreciate the advice they have given me along with the "do I fix or replace" discussion options. They take the time and present the options including the ones that make less money for them. The folks there spent an enormous amount of time explaining what is needed to setup a new iPad and salvage data / pictures from the old one. Wife went back to see if they could help with an app. And, yes, problem solved. Very helpful staff. The service reminds me of small town retail shops.
