Olivia's In the Village

The restaurant has great and spacing. Friendly staff with a very good menu. There was a nice calm ambiance to the place. Overall the food tasted great and we will definitely be returning.

Had lunch at Olivia's recently. It's bigger inside than it looks! The waitstaff was friendly.We were able to order an appetizer off the dinner menu, which we appreciated. We got the sampler with bacon wrapped scallops, dip with chips and bbq shrimp. Nothing special, not bad. I wouldn't order it again. 3 of us had sandwiches, one turkey club, one fried oyster sandwich and a burger. The burger was good, cooked to order and had good flavor. The person who had the oyster sandwich enjoyed it and it looked very good. My husband got the fried fish and didn't enjoy it. He said the breading wasn't good and he barely ate any of it. I saw someone's salad and it looked pretty good. Our family who lives there say dinner is good. Overall, it's a diner type of restaurant in a smaller town area. I would go back if I wanted a burger or to try something else (maybe that fried oyster sandwich!).

Oh my gosh, you must stop in for a mouth watering meal! The vintage ambience is charming with original hardwood flooring, ceiling tiles, and other accents. The staff greets you immediately and makes you feel right at home. The menu choices include so many amazing dishes that you will find it hard to decide. I ordered Seafood Olivia's, their signature dish with a side of cucumber salad. I savored every bite! Come by for a great dining experience on Gloucester's Main Street.

The seafood platter had a one "filet". When we asked about the portion dize, The manager said that was standard.

Party of five had everything from chicken Parmesan to fried calamari. Candy did fantastic job of taking care of us and the owner came over and had a nice chat with us about the city and their focus on business development.Very nice folks, would certainly return if in the area.

Just a delicious experience. Excellent and fun wait staff with outstanding food.You have to go to get the seafood chowder!Scallops and Shrimp galore!

Great place for lunch or breakfast. We get the Eggs Benedict for breakfast and the pulled pork for lunch. Very friendly waitstaff. Nice comfortable atmosphere. Not like a chain.

Went in for lunch and staff were very nice. Good food too! Would recommend if here in town.

Food is amazing. Never have been disappointed here. The Staff is the best in Gloucester, always friendly and working hard to keep things moving. Dinner for 2 or 20 they can take care of you.

Nice people, delicious food. Some of the best fried oysters I have had in a long time.
