Old Point Comfort Marina

This review is for the marina. Not sure what the guy below is reviewing.Passing through the area, we docked here for the night. Easy access in/out, protected area, nice facilities, convenient restaurant or a fairly short walk to the village of Pheobus. Being an urban marina, you can hear a bit of the I-64 noise but it does not prevent you from getting a good night of sleep.We will definitely stay here again when cruising through the area.

We we're in the middle of an offshore delivery when tropical storm Arthur chased us into Norfolk. We called the main number in the marina and got a prompt call back from Capt George. His responsiveness and accommodation of us at the last minute was the kind of thing that offshore Mariners sincerely appreciate. In the middle of the covid epidemic, he came down to the marina helped us fuel up and gave us a slip for a couple nights. All of this was with about 6 hours notice. I can't recommend George highly enough.
