DO NOT STAY here! The first mistake I made was paying 210.00 for Friday and 250.00 for Saturday. That was the first rip off. The next rip off was that this hotel was raggedy. I went inside to check in and that went fine. Then they told me that if I needed more towels I could come down and get them myself. For 250? No. We get to the room and my friend is inspecting the room. This room had what looked like mold on the wall near the floor. It had wires hanging out of the wall, dirty tissue and a dead bug. That was under one bed. It also looked like it had rodent droppings. It also smelled like men's cologne. While we were in there we heard a very loud noise from something above the room. Still don't know what that was. We went to the office and asked for a new room. The gave us another room and again, my friend was checking it out for cleanliness and bugs. We again found bugs from behind the bed. We went to call the office but the phone did not work. I called from my phone and the woman came up. She kept telling me she did not see any bugs and when she swept behind the bed, she insisted that what she swept up was not bugs. After this, we were checking the beds and asked to have one bed changed because of questionable stains on a mattress protector. They refused. We left. They have still refused to refund our money and of course the owner is not available. She stated that they were away due to a family emergency which was told to another customer who had issues. Adding to this was the people smoking weed outside. DO NOT STAY HERE!

My girlfriend and I grabbed a room for the night at about $60 bucks and it was an excellent room for the money! There was facial soap, moisturizer, shampoo and conditioner in the room, the beds were way nicer than the Inn we stayed at for $80 the night before. It's a short walk to the beach and there are several bars and restaurants open late in walking distance. I'll never understand why people pay huge amounts of money for hotels when places like this are right across the street. I could spend the money I saved doing indoor skydiving or something fun. I don't visit areas to spend all my time in a hotel but even if I did this place wouldn't be that bad. I blow glass art for a living so I carry a black light flashlight to show off the glass and the room passed a black light inspection. That's good enough for me!

We just got married. This was our honey moon. So far, this place doesn't even deserve the one star. They gave us a dirty room with no toilet paper or towels and an extremely loud AC unit. It wasn't even working. The bathrooms were disgusting. They gave us a new room, bathrooms EVEN WORSE. The sink doesn't work right at all. Housekeeping is not a thing. You have to go to the desk if you need anything! This place is so gross and we saw an Orkin truck here earlier. Absolutely repulsing. Couches are disgusting and look like they haven't been cleaned in years. Can't believe this place is open for business!!!!! Our honey moon is ruined.

Had to get a room on the fly as i was dealing with a death in the family. I was hesitant with some affordable options but was pleasantly suprised with this affordable and clean room. Staff were super friendly and when i told them I had been on the road for a few days after a family tradegy they got me into my room an hour early from check in . Affordable , clean , friendly and great location . Putting this little gem in my back pocket . Thank you for making a hard week just a litttle easier .

The owners of this property aka portfolio know they are putting a sub par experience available to their customers....soooo much so that they leave the customer no ability to contact them!

Horrible, Horrible , Horrible - I live in Virginia Beach locally and there was beg bug feces on the mattress ! So, I check out imediately after just after checking in and management would not issue a refund after calling there twice!

Great place to stay within price range. Was worried about the bad reviews but I must say, We had a good experience. The room was clean, beds were comfy, and it is close to the beach. Appreciate onsite parking too! I had no complaints and I would stay here again!

This was diffidently new to me. I was at the beach all summer long and this place never crossed my path. Was a little nippy when I was here so I can really enjoy it. However am excited to go back once the weather gets better.

Not what I was expecting when my Waze app said turn left and I looked left I thought I was looking at not what I had paid for. I continued on and sure enough Waze rerouted and sent me back to the same location. I seriously thought about canceling and finding something else and soon found I should have. The rooms look nice but was hit with a strong choking cheap smelling cleaner that make me have a coughing fit. As I always do I check the sheets and found that there were hairs and blood stains under the pillows so we used our blanket and slept on top. The bathroom was pretty much standard for a "motel" but the bathtub didn't drain well. The windows only have Venetian blinds that let a lot of light in so sleeping was fitful at best. Most quality hotels at the price they're charging at least have blackout curtains. The pillows are like the cheap Walmart type and for me were hard to get comfortable with. All in all I made a mistake and should have just traveled further north and found a Wyndham hotels.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel, and when there was some confusion on the rate, since I booked through the hotel directly the manager was able to take care of it. Do a rate comparison on a number of sites, then deal with the hotel. The hotel posts rates on their website too. They will work with you.Very clean rooms, recently renovated, towels available in office whenever you wanted fresh ones, fantastic location - great coffee/breakfast place next door, good restaurants within easy walking distance, and hotel is within a block or two of the beach. Quiet at night. Nice pool for kids. All you can ask for! I will definitely stay here whenever I am in the area.
