Oceans 14

Really enjoyed Oceans 14. I appreciate any place that has daily happy hour. We got the pineapple crush which was 50% off.. so $10. It was good... but not a lot of alcohol. They also have a variety of apps for cheap. The wings and mahi bites were good. From the non discounted apps we got the truffle fries and crab dip. They season the naan bread with the crab dip so it's pretty tasty. Truffles fries are good but they need to figure out how to keep the parm and green onions on top lol. Entrees were a slight disappointment. One got the crab Mac n cheese and wasn't impressed. Another got chicken Alfredo because it was a recommendation by the server... it was so garlicky. I love garlic but this was over powering. I had the crab cake sandwich which was fine. They just put the same sauce with everything (crab cake, mahi bites, truffle fries). Must be their signature.

Good food, good service, and awesome live bands! Friendly people. We've been going here for several years now and always have a great time. Ocean front location in Sandcastle Resort.

My greatest appreciation is that this bar is one of the fewest establishments on the boardwalk that has the Sunday NFL Ticket. For this alone, I give them a high score.The bartenders were attentive and helpful in making a decision. The bar felt like Cheers. Everybody knew everyone, had on the their jerseys and talked a lot of trash. My type of sports bar. I was looking forward to their brunch, but I missed the breakfast menu by a few minutes. They stop breakfast at 1pm....which is when the games begin. I ordered the Loaded Cheeseburger. Its their House Made Burger With Fried Egg, Bacon, Fried Onion & Melted Cheese on a Toasted Brioche Bun. It comes with these unique looking fries (see pic). The fries and burger were so good. The other cool thing is that they have malt vinegar so that took the fries to the next level. Love it.

Food was average. I had the fish and chips. It came with 1 piece of flounder (mostly breading), oldbay shoestring fries and a side of jalapeño mango coleslaw. Coleslaw was super dry and nothing special. Fisg was delicious but was mostly breading, and the fries tasted like Utz potato stix with oldbay seasoning sprinkled on. The view was beautiful, and if you like to people watch sit outside. Service was super slow (they were short staffed that day). Took about 1 hour to get my food. Probably won't be back.

My family and I attended the East Coast She-Crab soup classic last month, and Oceans 14 was one of our favorites in that competition. We came to Oceans 14 on a Saturday for lunch, only to find out they only serve their brunch menu on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am-2pm - and she-crab soup is *not* on the brunch menu. Fortunately, the chef was very accommodating and prepared the soup for us! It was delicious - filled with crab meat and a bit spicy, which we loved!We also had raw oysters with a mignonette which were fine, crab nachos, and shrimp & grits. The shrimp & grits had nicely poached eggs, and the grits were cooked perfectly. The Crab nachos were okay (I am greedy and could have used more crab meat). Overall the brunch menu was great but we will definitely return for more she-crab soup and to try their dinner menu.

Ordered shrimp scampi and they forgot the scampi!!! 5 shrimp 4 cherry tomatoes and a few onions with noodles all cooked in water. No seasonings, garlic, lemon, butter or white wine. Very disappointing!

Love the vibe but the bartender Brandon was short and rude. Not inviting at all. Being a local, also working in the area, not it. Have been several times before with friends, Bartenders Rick & Dan were great. Super friendly and made me want to join with other friends. But tonight wasn't what I expected. I will not return when he is working unfortunately. Aside from that, great bands, great food & a great atmosphere

We just went here for brunch during restaurant week & had a great experience! Tiarra was bartending and did such an awesome job of being fun and personable. The restaurant week menu is a great value and our food was fantastic. We will definitely be back in warmer weather too. A little hidden gem at the oceanfront!

So there's this amazing guitar guy EJ! But wow, they had him on this nice patio under these terrible bright white fluorescent lights. Somebody's needs a lesson in setting a vibe with lighting here. And naturally it humid outside, but when you walk inside it's literally too hot to bare with no airflow. I would almost say they are unacceptable working conditions. I'm gonna leave. A 3 star review becuase of the performer being so good, and the staff being so stellar, especially under such terrible working environment. Bartender was on fuxking point ma d the server working tonight was a total vibe. But seriously. Just a few things and the place would be great. Call me if you need some help. 7577522450. Yikes. How are you literally on the waterfront with food this bad. Crab cake was downright disgusting. Fish and chips was sub par. Slow service. Half the work is done for you as you can fish right out at the sea in your back yard. Not sure why it misses the mark so bad.
