*My friend was the one who actually called ahead to see if they were having a shipment of the male crabs. She picked them up the next day after confirming that they were getting a shipment around 2:30 pm and had to wait while they were being cooked and seasoned. She ordered 24 crabs ($45ish a dozen) and a LB of shrimp. I got my backyard table set up for the fun part of cracking and butter dipping - with some beverages haha.The crabs were HUGGGGEEEEEE. They could cut back on the seasoning because it was salty enough, my friend said that she got it mild and it def had a nice kick to it! There was sooooo much crab meat when we finished filling our bellies and just cracking them to put the meat into a container to save for later. They had a pretty good deal and I am so glad my friend suggested this. The only part that I felt bad about was that my friend went to go pick it up (around 2ish) and did not get to my house until close to 3:30ish after order, waiting for them to cook it, and then driving it to my house. I owe her big! Oh and the shrimp were amazing! Very plump and juicy!

My friend got deviled crabs on 5/8/23 and she noticed that there was mold inside of it. She fell Ill and had to call out of work. This is unacceptable . We want compensation

Ocean is killing it on delivering the seafood, mainly crabs and spiced shrimp for me. Love the owner and her son. They're a wonderful duo. We no longer have to look for good fresh tasty steamed blue crabs. Everyone wears masks in her establishment. They will even bring your food outside if inside has more folks than you prefer.

Typical fish market in RVA. Nice staff, very busy. I ordered a couple dozen cooked crabs, took about 25 minutes to receive which isnt terrible considering how ridiculously packed they were. The crabs were reasonably priced too. About 35.00 per dozen. I'm rating no higher than 4 stars because PARKING WAS AWFUL. There's spots on either side of the parking lot, but ot was so packed that people would pull into the parking lot and up to the building, BLOCKING other cars. I made sure to leave and park across the street in the convenience store lot to ensure I didnt get blocked in by some idiot in an Explorer who didnt have sense enough to not pull that big ass truck in the lot in the first place... But the crabs were good..

I ordered a dozens large males steamed heavy old bay and they were AMAZINGGGGG!! Fresh and just yum!!

We ordered 2 doz jumbo cooked and seasoned blue crabs yesterday. We called but no call ahead orders so we ordered on site. Order was prepared quickly and ready to go with our preference of seasonings. I would recommend this place for blue crabs but worth a try for other types of seafood as well. 2 dozen was plenty for 4 adults and plenty remaining for crabcakes later.

The seafood is Delicious, always super fresh, The customer service is awesome, they're always so kind and smiling, making you feel welcome. The store always smell of fresh seafood, very clean.

Saw that this place had good reviews so gave it a whirl today with a dozen large male #1 steamed crabs. Was pleasantly greeted at door and got my crabs very quickly. Place did not disappoint! Crabs were warm, spicy, and very full. So nice to know we have a place here that will satisfy the need for good crabs without having to drive to Maryland or Northern Virginia.This place rocks....We will definitely by back!

Horrible food, they are selling old and past date fish and crabs. The inside of the crab kickers are dirty, save your money; horrible service.
