OBX Mini Mart

Only thing around so they kind of got you. Lots of candy and I e cream up front, nice place to refill on beer and wine throughout your trip. They have sundries in the back area but it's limited. Check out the sand which shop next door, while the crowds are at the bakery you can slide in here for a quick breakfast sandwich.

Ordered a Phili Cheesesteak from OBX grill and was given the option of sitting at a table in the OBX mini mart which is took. Place was clean and had no other customers. OK, it is the first of October but the weather was beautiful. The ice cream offerings were extensive.,but after eating the phili cheesesteak, we decided to come back another time.The OBX mini mart also had a large selection of candy, some cold beverages and a limited choice of some canned foods.

Good stop for beer, ice cream, or whatever one may need while vacationing in the OBX. They have all the standard beer options. It seems like a good hang out spot for the younger crowd looking to get some ice cream. The aesthetic could use some work.

Closest convenience store to the 4x4 beaches with lots of extras such as homemade fudge, frozen yogurt & Hershey's ice cream. All the regular items too: ice, soda, beer, hot coffee, snacks + beach/souvenir items. Store is connected to neighboring, Outer Banks Cheesesteaks & ran by the same people. Slight language barrier, but overall clean, convient & lots of choices!

I asked for 3 scoops of nerds for my fro y, is that obnoxious yes. BUT the woman scooping my nerds literally said something about me in korean. Gave me a cruel scowl. Like erm what the sigma, just trying to enjoy my fro-yo bro.

The employees were disgusting with how they treat their customers. Screaming at them after they threw away a very small amount of ice cream. Her words were to "reach in the garbage to grab the cup in order to weigh". Keep in mind this is during COVID. Extremely ungrateful and unsanitary. Will never get ice cream here again.
