So how is it that this was not in yelp? Searches for "beach" and "beach access" was not turning up this location, so here it is. We were at the lighthouse, and my brother has been here before, so I guess everyone else just knows it's here. Well the secret is out. Amenities (from the URL): Showers, Bath House, Wooden Walkway, Pet Waste Bags, Parking, Life Guard, Handicap Parking, Porta Potty. Parking Tip: During the busy season, most parking fills up quickly, usually by 10-11am.Nice beach. I walked north all the way to where the cars can drive onto the beach. Didn't see any horses, but I figure that's what the big fence is for. :-) Bottom line: Nice enough beach, but do bring everything you might need. No shops nearby.
