Honestly, I don't understand what most people expect for the money they spend. Considering the prices, this food and service is always on point. The service is always incredibly friendly and helpful, the food is fantastic considering the price, and delivery is 100% on timeThey have been consistent throughout the 15 years I've eaten here, and I will continue to eat here as long as I'm in delivery range. You get what you pay for y'all. And their prices are more than fair

I ordered the fried dumplings, cream cheese wontons, boneless spare ribs, general tso's chicken and plain fried rice. Fried dumplings: the we're just shameful. If I peeled the dough off the meat I could probably bounce it like a bouncy ball. Not to mention it came on a bed of wilted cabbage that I had to dig out from under the dumplings to keep them from going soggy. The sauce was really amazing though! Cream cheese wontons: perfectly crispy outside on the wonton. I mean I couldn't have asked for a better crispy shell however, the cream cheese was INSANELY sweet. Really disappointed considering you dip them in SWEET and sour sauce. The cream cheese filling tasted like store bought cheesecake filling it was THAT sweet. The sweet and sour sauce was really good though. Boneless spare ribs: really incredibly chewy. It's like they were cooked then sat under a heat lamp then cooked again when they were sauced. Surprisingly the sauce on the boneless spare ribs was fantastic! General Tso's Chicken: I can say without a doubt that was not made fresh today. What little amount of actual pieces of chicken I did get, was dry and chewy and stringy. I'll go with 90% of the chicken was itty bitty fried bits of coating. Once again though...the sauce was really, truly, absolutely, amazing!!! Plain fried rice: SAVED THE BEST FOR LAST!!! To be honest I was terrified to try the fried rice after the disaster of what I had ordered/tasted. It was perfection. Honest truth. I haven't tasted fried rice as good as that in I don't even know how long. To sum this up, they absolutely know what they're doing with their sauces. you can 100% taste they are homemade. If they put as much love and respect into their actual food as they do their sauces, this could be a really amazing place to frequent.

Great family run business.. very busy so plan ahead (not many options locally) Large portions, huge variety and great flavor! I home here on a weekly basis!

I ordered steamed dumplings and spicy schezuan chicken, and spicy it was not. While the dumplings were ok, the schezuan chicken was a bland tasteless mess. I ordered many times from the Norfolk restaurant, and it was always good, but the one on Taylor Road is not good at all. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Poor service 30 minutes wait don't come here we need to wait sooo longggggggg she need to work more fast

I ordered pork lo mein noodles, got home, opened my food and they gave me plain lo mein noodles. Had the receipt that charged me the extra $2 for pork. Being that I ordered so late, they were closed when I got home to see my food. I called the next day to see how we could resolve the situation and was told to send a pic of the food and receipt. Only to find out, their phone is a landline. I definitely do not recommend this establishment. Before they asked me to send the photo, the lady was very adamant that they did give me the correct order, yet I had receipt and food to prove otherwise.

I used to go here often just a few months ago and for the last several years. The place is looking, dirty and not well-kept up. More importantly, the amount of oil dripping out of the food is just ridiculous. my recommendation is to use about 25% of the oil you currently use and upgrade to high temperature oil such as grapeseed oil. It's a lot healthier, cooks, hotter, and is less viscous which will help excess oil to drain off. Just my two cents. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll ever go back to see if you've made this change. If you ever make these changes, please make a comment on this forum so people will know.

Shrimp fried rice bad won ton meat tasted sour the food is just nasty people nice seemed clean inside but I got sick

Worst meal I've ever had ever. Everything overcooked to the point of being inedible. Even the white rice. The fried dumplings were brown/black and falling apart. The fried rice tasted very burnt. General Tso would have beheaded this cook. Nothing but overcooked breading, skin, and something that may have once been chicken. I was traveling and hungry so I tried...I really tried, but ultimately everything went into the trash. The only thing edible was the Fortune Cookie, and only because this restaurant didn't make them. "Number one" must refer to it's Star rating. Seriously, if this is the best you can do...close the doors.

Delivery took over an hour and a half. Food was decent! Teriyaki beef was more than well done. Very tough. Over all the food was good. Don't get delivery though just go pick it up.
