The downgrade has nothing to do with the cake quality. They are phenomenal, so moist & tasty.It has to do with the Saturday Customer Service & the quality of the balloons I had paid a premium price for.This was the first time I've done pickup instead of delivery. So I didn't want to make an extra stop for balloons. I added their balloon bouquet to my on line cake order instead.After I arrived at the store to pick up the order, I was handed the cake only. I asked about the balloons. He immediately checked the computer & went to the back. It was obvious that they weren't ready. I was asked to wait, which isn't easy for me. Time went on & on. Many people picked up their cakes & left. Finally, after a 20 minute wait, I told the clerk I couldn't stand up anymore & asked if the balloons could be brought to my vehicle.About that time someone came from the back with the balloons. One was already starting to deflate. She went to the back again & I went to the vehicle to wait.By the time I got home, no longer than a 10 minute drive, another had started to deflate, but I was too tired to return. The others deflated really quickly.My friend bought dollar store balloons that stayed inflated for a month. The ones I bought with the cake cost 3 times as much & began deflating even before the birthday celebration that evening.I will continue to buy the scrumptious cakes. But no more add ons!!

I had these Bundt cakes three years ago in Chicago, and I've never looked back.Nothing Bundt Cakes is the only place I get cakes for my daughter's birthdays. They are so soft, moist, and delicious. In all three years, I have never had a bad experience. This year, she wanted a chocolate cake for her third birthday, and it was excellent. I placed my order over the phone, and the lovely lady made my daughter's Halloween-themed birthday cake vision come to life. The store was spotless, and the people were amicable and welcoming.

Super convenient that this location is close proximity to me. Staff were great! I was greeted immediately from staff in the back and they came to the counter ready to assist! Staff were helpful & accommodating with solicited feedback regarding my options. The shop is small but adorable & cheerfully decorated. Some Birthday, wedding etc celebration decor and candles for purchase are available. If you need to pick up a nicely packaged single serve birthday dessert/cake with the option to add other aesthetic frills that aren't pre-ordered, the single bundlet is a great option, you can even make it a double or triple bundlet tower and add various flavors If you can't decide or if the celebrant might enjoy a variety. Don't forget to ask for a punch card (if you don't already have one) for every bundlet you purchase or dozen bundlet . They also offer military discounts, just ask and show proof with ID.

Had the opportunity to order a cake for a special occasion and definitely will be coming back for more !! I mean, every weekend is about to be special now !! The staff was friendly and cordial and was ready to answer my questions and guide me in the right direction, but you can't really go wrong with their cakes so I think they had it easy on that end. Haha :) The place is bright, well decorated and welcoming but I was too busy staring at the cakes. The cake (snickerdoodle) was delicious, moist and soft. But the icing!! The icing did it for me, specially because I am not a big fan of icing so that was a huge thing for me. I scrapped it off to get to the cake but I took a quick lick to taste it just in case and boy !! They are doing it right!! I want some icing with cake next!!Definitely will be coming back and recommend to everyone. The cake didn't make it into any picture... I don't know how that happened :)

I absolutely loved my birthday cake! It was so elegant and simply decorated. My husband ordered me my favorite, snickerdoodle. The cake itself was so soft and fluffy. I'm usually not a big fan of frosting but it was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

An easy 5 star for this newer location of Nothing Bundt Cakes located in the Haygood Shopping Center. There is designated parking up front. Call in order was placed for a Mother's Day special. It was customized with a note. The process was easy. You can also order online. The store was extremely busy during pick up. Staff was terrific on checkout..The chocolate chip cake was marvelous! Huge hit with Mom. See you again soon!

I've never actually been to the store before, but my mother in law always brings me mini Bundt cakes from here. I've heard about them and have seen their name mentioned here and there, but had never tried them before. The first cake she brought me was like a white chocolate lemon or something. It was AMAZING. Seriously so good. She brought me another one, idk what kind, but the white chocolate lemon or whatever it was was the best ever. I need to find their store so I can eat them all the time. It was so moist and so flavorful and just so delicious.

My girlfriend surprised us with bundtinis and a Bundt cake at our engagement party yesterday. I cannot express how good these were and how much of a hit it was!!I'm recently "gluten-free" and everything was labelled on the box - the double chocolate chip bundtinis and cake were gluten free! I took a bite and looked at my friend and said, "this is gluten free?!?! No way". But it was! And I can't believe it... you'd NEVER GUESS. That's how good it was! Already telling my fiancé I want Nothing Bundt Cakes to cater the desserts at our wedding :) This place is awesome!!
