Nothing Bundt Cakes

This Nothing Bundt Cake location is always clean, the staff is friendly & the cakes are always I'm always in and out- too easy!! ‍

My 12 pack of minis was delicious. My husband really liked the lemon one. The snickerdoodle one is yummy, too. I don't really like frosting that much but I do like theirs. Very tasty! The gentleman that greeted me and waited on me was very friendly and helpful. The shop is decorated very cute. Great location with plenty of parking. Check them out!

Good bundtinis- ready when I requested them to be via my online order. I love how you can choose which dozen flavors you want. A bit pricey ($25 for a dozen), but worth the price- so delicious!Great, friendly customer service as well! So happy to have such a fine establishment on this side of the water now! I used to drive to Newport News to get my NBC orders.

I always heard about this bakery, but I've never been myself! Someone else always picked up my cakes for me. I was so glad to go by for myself this time. I went to get my free bundlet and also received an email that they were having a BOGO promotion. I went a little too early for the cookies and cream one, but that's okay. The shop is cute and not huge but not tiny either. It's spacious enough not to feel like you're being overcrowded if a few other people are in the store behind you. They have a display case of their cakes and a menu up of whata available. I really liked the layout, and the prices are reasonable. The person was very sweet and allowed me to take time to look at the menu and see what interested me. I also asked questions about the top favorites to get an idea of what to try since I wanted to get something new. He gave suggestions and the other person even gave a suggestion of her favorite which I liked and appreciated! I was also given a punch card so I could get a free cake like after a certain amount of purchases. I was told to come back to give feedback and I definitely would not just for that but also to get more in the future.

Before I begin this review let me start off by saying that this review is based solely upon my personal experiences and my personal experiences alone,so with that being said let's go!!..My wife stopped by after her dental appointment ( which is located right down the street ) and decided to get us dessert. We both got bundtinis, she got snickerdoodle and I got confetti ( pictured below ). No matter where I've gotten Nothing Bundt Cakes from, regardless of the location the cakes had always been the same great taste, soft, light and spongy= deliciousness!!.. not like Cinnabon! So if you're by any of their locations and you have a sweet tooth and you don't want to be disappointed in your choice, then this is a great place to consider! You're thank me later! I love Nothing Bundt Cakes! These tasty little delights are the best cakes ever. I really enjoy all the great flavors offered by this business. The white chocolate raspberry flavor is my go to. I was planning a birthday party for a co-worker last week and I found out that she also loves the same flavor that I do. I was able to easily place my order online and it was ready for pick up in a timely manner. Their cakes are always so moist and baked to perfection. If you're not looking for a full cake, you can also order the Bundlets or the Bundtinis (my favorite)!

Cakes are good, but good luck getting a fork to eat it with. They said they "don't give out utensils anymore because of COVID." Which is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. How does not giving the customer a one-time-use plastic fork prevent the spread of COVID? COVID is over and it's tiresome hearing that they still use it as an excuse for stupid policies. You sell single serve cakes. Give me a damn fork.

Bundts are Awesome. But I've Been there 5 to 6 times and every time I order the price Always Higher. $24 was High enough And I was Fine with that Because We love them. Now They're $30 A Dozen. Like Damn. And They won't let you Get 1/2 Dozen, Can't Figure that Out.

Definitely understand understaffing, however, I would blame it on poor management, poor planning, and poor emphasis on customer service/experience and priorities. As a customer who placed an order for a pickup a month prior, who then goes in a designated line that is designated for "pickup orders" who is then told to please go into the very long line of those who just walked in to place there now order. I feel that is very rude and uncaring of those who did take the time to place an order ahead of time. Definitely will not be returning and would not be recommending this store to others.

The cakes are so good The service is amazing I love the environment.I love the smell of cakes So good. And I got white chocolate raspberry. Never tried it so good.
