Nosh Modern Mobile Bistro

I was at Alewerks in Williamsburg and Nosh happened to be the food truck that evening. They had a few menu options, but for some reason I was drawn to the lamb sliders- and I'm not really a big fan of lamb. It's probably bc of the voice in my head- not my conscience, but my wife- talking about how 'I try something once and if I don't like it I write it off' (rolls eyes).Okay, she may be right sometimes. I'm glad I listened to that voice and proved her wrong because these lamb sliders were HITTING, girl. So juicy and flavorful. The fries were the icing on the cake. I definitely hope to see them when I'm out and about again because I'd love to try more of what they offer!

We had the Noshville Chicken tenders and the Parmesan truffle fries. Both were pretty good. The chicken tenders were a nice spicy and came with homemade dill pickles and pickled onions. The fries were shoestring fries with parm and truffle oil. The only thing is it's not a lot of food for the money. So if you're starving then order another side, but for me I was happy with the amount. I would definitely try them out again. Service was good, and it was a food truck that was transformed from a UPS style truck.

Once again, I run into this food truck during a visit to Capstan Brewery for Mad Beats Bingo. I decided to order Bean Chili fries that's homemade shoestring fries toppedn with black bean chili, shredded chili, green onions and chopped jalepenos. Very good stuff. The bean chili and fries definitely complimented each other. Think about an updated version of a frito pie that you ate at a carnivai fair or at home. And also nachos you would eat at a dive bar. Unfortunately, I got full and couldn't finish it. Nonetheless, another great item from Nosh.

I didn't like the food as much. I had ordered the jerk chicken quesadilla. My husband had ordered lamb sliders which he thought were decent. The lady working was kind of rude...

WOW! Just WOW. I stopped by the Nosh Food Truck at the Hilton Street Festival in Newport News for a quick bite to eat and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a food truck! I ordered a Scotch Egg -- because, a) I LOVE Scotch Eggs, b) they are hard to find, and c) even when you do find them, they are rarely done well. This egg was TO DIE FOR. The sausage was absolutely perfectly crisp and flavorful, the egg perfectly poached with a creamy center, and the surrounding salad complemented everything amazingly. It was so incredible I had to run straight back home to Yelp to write a review! And I'm considering heading back up for another later this afternoon.

This food is incredibly well executed. It is fresh, with amazing hand selected ingredients and very thoughtful presentation. The NOSH cheesesteak is unique and truly amazing; so tender and so delicious with quality and taste. The watermelon salad is so amazingly refreshing and complex, it is a meal all by itself! The Korean Chicken Wings are substantial, well seasoned and VERY well done, perfect, not dry, PERFECT! The DD Firecracker Shrimp is INCREDIBLE! This eatery is a unique bistro experience. DO NOT MISS OUT!

Love their Frites and get it every time. But the Noshville Hot Chicken Tenders were way overcooked. Very dry. Won't be ordering that again.

Ate at this food truck at Sly Clyde Ciderworks. Got the parm fries, jerk chicken egg rolls and Nashville hot tenders. All very good and not just out of a frozen bag. Very filling. Large portions. Well worth what we spent. Would eat here again.

We just had the Nosh food truck at our office and it is hands down the best food truck that I have eaten from. Highly recommend the spicy chili garlic chicken bites, Nashville chicken tenders and the truffle fries.
