North Landing Beach RV Resort & Cottages

North Landing State Park is a peaceful, well-maintained spot with spacious sites and beautiful nature trails. It's perfect for a relaxing family getaway.

This is our second time staying at North Landing. Only use the bathhouse a couple times. I found that most of the time they were always clean, needing some small maintenance and freshening up. The only major issue we found was the cabins. Most of the people who rent cabins don't have the investment of an RV and the respect and understanding of campground etiquette. we've had people cut through our campground, yelling and disrespectfully very loud. I can only recommend looking for a campsite that has less cabins.

I would never ever come here ever again. It's bug infested yuck. So nasty. They moved us three times and every time still issues. We slept in the car. Never again

First time here a few months ago. We had a great spot on the canal and enjoyed the stay. Booked again for July. Close to home but feels like hundreds of miles away. Recommend.

This campground is off the beaten path, 20 min to Walmart/food shopping which we really like. This campground has one of the hardest working staffs I've seen, they strive to make your stay a memorable one. The Pavilion is where the action is, live music, bingo and usually a great dinner every Saturday night. The store is stocked well, pizza, subs and ice cream shop on site, and lastly a great beach with Kayaks, Canoes and Paddle boards you can rent.

The best word to describe this place is: fine. I wouldn't say amazing or great, but pretty much everything was fine. We stayed in a small cottage, which was nice, but the floor was ripped up in a few spots, the couch cushions stained, and a lamp didn't work. The AC units and wifi were a big help, and they provided some necessities. It would be helpful for them to have a list of what's in the cottage so you can plan ahead. The beach on the river is pretty small, but great for small children because there's no real waves or a strong current. We got sand fleas bites, though, which was not pleasant. The pool is nice, but the other amenities are lackluster. The mini putt putt and playgrounds are pretty small. There are rentals for golf carts, kayaks, bikes, and the occasional bounce house. It was affordable, so I guess you get what you pay for. It was very peaceful and quiet for the most part, which was really nice.

So we've been here numerous times before but never spent the extra money on the cabins. And I won't ever spend the money on the cabin's again there's bugs galore and cob webs. Not sure if they have a partial housekeeping staff or if someone doesn't care. For the price they charge in my opinion they should have a pest service at least spray the area where the cabin's are and for the love of all actually clean these cabin's top to bottom. And the bed is awful super hard and small I think I'd rather sleep on the ship in a rack than this bed and that's bad. On the plus side if you clean the bugs out of the hvac units the a/c is amazing!Hope you don't have Verizon wireless or need WiFi it's so spotty you can't make a call most of the time.

Best place for families to vacay or a quick weekend get away! It's so quiet and everyone who works here is so nice. Our family comes all the time especially with all the planned activities. The food is also a great value and taste amazing when they cook. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place.

This is the most wonderful place my family and I have every stayed at. The cottages are so nice and clean and were stocked with everything you would need. There was a ton of stuff for the kids to do as well as us. Kayaks Paddleboards Bingo putt putt and an amazing beach as well as a pool. It was just an all around amazing time. I would recommend this to anyone.
