First impressions: Cute mom and pop nursery. Was a bit confused where to park, so I just parked anywhere close to the door. A little outdated, but they have a nice selection of plants for the small amount they have.Staff: They wore masks and kept their distance. Helpful when approached with questions. Overall: Great prices and a nice selection of house plants. Would definitely be back and look forward to what they get new in stock.

First, I love that it's not a big box store. It's definitely filled with a lot more for the gardener and plant lover than may first meet the eye. Also, after a recent trip to a well-known chain, where I wasn't treated very well at all when I asked for assistance getting a VERY large and heavy bag of potting soil into my cart then into my car...well any place that automatically loads up what you need, takes it out to and then puts in your car like Norfolk County Feed & Seed is a winner!!The shop truly has so much to choose from, I would wager you could find pretty much anything you needed for your outdoor/indoor plant needs. The nursery has a decent selection of very healthy indoor plants with fair prices. The trandescantia zebrina in particular were robust and nice sized. They had pitcher plants which surprised me. And mojito elephant ear bulbs for $14.99 which is why I went.My favorite buy was the two deck railing planters for $19.99 each. These actually fit and matched the color of my deck. Knowing I could try and return them locally if they didn't fit, after several rounds with Amazon fails, was a big bonus. I also thought the price was right!Everyone was very nice and answered my questions. I'll definitely be back.

I've driven around the area a billion times and never noticed this store, so I would say Norfolk County Feed & Seed store is hidden in plain sight. But I would've never cared so much if not for the stay-at-home order turning me (back) into a "plant parent."This store not only has a variety of plants, but also carries birdhouses and food, yard decor, cast iron skillets, and vintage tchotchkes. I was all about the $1.75 plants, but also purchased a huge rubber plant, a huge snake plant, and a couple exotic ones I should've asked for more details about. What stood out about this store the most is the fact that there were no spider webs and spiders/bugs. I've been visiting the garden center at Lowe's, Wal-mart, and the likes, and nearly always walk into webs if I'm not on high alert. I like being able to browse freely down the aisles at Norfolk County Feed & Seed. It shows that they're actually caring and maintaining for the plants. Additionally, the staff is very friendly, and I will return...provided my new plants don't suddenly drop dead.

Went in for some hanging baskets and walked out with so much more! Their selection of baskets was great and I found new rain boots and a popcorn maker! The store had a wide variety of items and when I asked about the various hanging baskets the employee I spoke to was very knowledgeable. I had never been before but I will be back!

Everyone there is such a big help, including Tommy they Gave me advice on how to get rid of the giant ant nest in my backyard which absolutely worked and then when I went back a second time they taught me how to tend to my tomatoes, showed me the correct soil to get And now my tomatoes are thriving. Explain to me how to line a gardeners bed, and even gave my daughter a free yoo-hoo as we left. Highly recommended although I do wish they were open on the weekend it's easier for me to get there, I'll be back many more times

We have been getting our lawn and garden stuff here for several years. Each year we compare quality and prices to Walmart, Lowes and the local Kroger. Norfolk County is pretty much the same as Lowes a small amount more on some items than Walmart and less than Kroger. The quality is much better so the final cost is always better. A hanging plant at Norfolk County is healthier and larger than at any of the others. Today we bought 8 large hanging baskets, several packs of impatiens, some ornamental sweet potato for our mailbox planter and about a dozen small house plants for a total of $130.00.As usual they helped up pick out the right plants then loaded them in our vehicle after we checked out. Price is comparable, value is excellent and customer service is the best.

I love this place! Old country store feel with employees that really know about plants! And several varieties you can't find at the big box stores! Small business at its best!

My family has been going to Norfolk County feed and seed since the 50s and they are very interested in your questions and they try very hard to answer anything that you need. I would recommend them to anyone that likes to garden or has a question.
