Nor'Banks Sailing & Watersports

At the last minute last week we decided to go parasailing. The experience from start to finish was amazing! Customer Service is top tier!Sean and Adam knew their stuff and made our first experience parasailing smooth and easy. Hands down the best part of our vacation! 10/10 recommend this place. Side note: we got there 30 minutes early so we got to see how the staff was with other activities, such as jet skiing and rafting, while we waited and they are so kind and patient with the guests. We will be back!

Wild to me that just about any joe schmoe can rent a boat these days, but happy to have had the freedom to motor boat around in our own pontoon boat on our recent trip to the Outer Banks. After a brief demonstration, the designated captain of our group took us out on the water for a 2-hour window. Even though it was a bit windy it was pretty smooth sailing. The pontoon boat was intuitive enough, and though two hours sounded like a lot initially the ride flew by. You're allowed to bring drinks and snacks aboard which was nice. My only regret is not docking somewhere for a while and enjoying being out on the water. Our captain had his eyes set on visiting the bridge and another island that seemed closer than it was, so it was more of a scenic boat ride vs. boat party vibe. Next time!

I had the most amazing experience with Nor Banks Sailing! Sean and Adam were an absolute delight to have as guides during the parasailing adventure. Their professionalism and extensive knowledge about the activity ensured that I felt safe and comfortable throughout. But it wasn't just about the technicalities - their genuine enthusiasm and charismatic personalities made the entire experience incredibly fun and enjoyable. Spending time with them felt like being with friends who are experts in their field.I must say that Sean and Adam truly went above and beyond to make the adventure memorable. Their attention to detail and the way they effortlessly managed every aspect of the trip was truly commendable. If I could, I'd give them a raise myself for the outstanding service they provided.I can't wait to visit Nor Banks Sailing again for another fantastic experience, and a big part of that anticipation is knowing that Sean and Adam will be there to make it truly special once more! Five stars are not enough to convey how grateful I am for their excellent guidance and the wonderful memories they helped create.

Class act start to finish. We went in and rented a pontoon boat. Sales team was super friendly and super helpful. Got there at our assigned time and they had the boat pulled up and waiting. Got a 5-6 min brief and we were off. Boat was great, no issues. Cruised around inlet and had a blast. We came back and they meet you at buoys and bring you in. All around great people and great time. I think our guys name was Jeff. Sorry that might be right but he was awesome. Will definitely do it again when in town.

Highly recommend! We rented jet skis through this company and had such a positive experience! All the staff were incredibly nice and helpful; we first watched a video of how to use the jet skis and then got personalized instruction just before leaving on where to go and how to use the equipment. The staff made me feel very comfortable as a first-timer and I would recommend them to anyone!

I would give more stars if I could. We had 3 wave runners reserved each for an hour. The safety info is clear and reiterated to make sure everyone is safe. Good assortment of life vests. The wave runners were in excellent condition, as we were the first to use the brand new ones. The young adults running the operation were professional and did a great job. They quickly responded to a capsized sailboat and seem to be very experienced in the weather. What I really appreciated was the full refund when my carpal tunnel quickly stopped me from doing my ride. I lasted maybe 15 min before the pain became severe, I came back and they gave me a full refund. Much appreciated......fortunately, everyone else had a blast out in the waves.

My husband and i came here based upon their reviews to parasail (this was our first time and we were both a little nervous so we needed to see receipts). Corbin, Shawn, and Adam (really hoping the names are correct) were fantastic and so easy going. Their professional manner and fun-spirited energy made us feel so comfortable and excited for this "parent's day out adventure". It was the perfect start to our date night and we hope to pop down to Florida to join them again in the winter to go 800 ft!

We rented 2 jet skis and had a great experience. Beautiful location and friendly, helpful staff. Bought a hat and T-shirt in their shop. We'll definitely come back!

Best day ever. We had a lovely sail on Surfer Girl. The crew was fantastic and really took care of the family.
