I love noodles and company! There's a lot in Richmond but I didn't know there were any in the 757 area! So happy to see one in Lynnhaven! It's delicious! I like to get the penne rosa with no mushrooms! The Parmesan chicken is so tasty! We also ordered the garlic bread with marinara and it was delicious as well! Will be coming back!! To get their buttered noodles! Service was great and the restaurant was very spacious and clean.

The service in all of the locations I have ever been to is the best thing about this place. I think they hire very good employees, which is a huge compliment in today's service industry.However, the product they put forth is just not worth it, sadly. I've gotten their pad Thai here three times in the last few months, at varying locations. There's NEVER enough sauce. You can see from the photo that the noodles are white. Also, the limes they use are always disgusting and old. Buy fresh limes, for Pete's sake! My husband has lost his taste for this place too. They skimp on the chicken in the BBQ Mac and also the sauce.For $28, you just don't get your money's worth here.

I wasn't feeling well and ordered through DoorDash. It took over an hour and a half to receive. It was still somewhat warm. The noodles were cooked well and the sauce was a bit spicy. It was good but not worth $18 for such a small portion, not including the delivery fee and tip. I might give it another try in person, but for that price, quality, and quantity I can make my own for less and make it taste much better.

If you're looking for a quick stop with a casual dining experience this is a place for you the kids meal is the best option I've seen in the area You get an entrée a side and a dessert with a drink The pasta is pretty is pretty good similar to Olive Garden the desserts are very big even if simple they offer a chocolate chip cookie and a few other flavors and a giant rice crispy treat definitely a good lunch stop at an affordable rate especially for a family with small kids

What is that smell? My son and I decided to go to Noodles & Co. to pick up some dinner after his long day of lifeguard training during this heat wave we're having. We walked into the restaurant and was greeted with a powerful smell of ewww. I can't explain what smell was exactly but it was making my nausea. My son often tells me I have the nose of a bloodhound and that I smell things no one else can so I asked him if he could smell anything. He said he could. I asked him to tell me what he was smelling and he described it as a mix between sour and vomit. There is no way I could eat there so we left. I don't know what was going on in this particular Noodles & Co but there is no way I can bring myself to return.

With restrictions on being able to visit my favorite spots, I've had to take to ordering takeout. This has opened up a whole new arena of critique since I can't take into consideration things like atmosphere or service. Noodles and Company is a high calorie option with plenty of options for every taste. They offer multitudes of different proteins and vegetables. For a fast food option, and needing it on the go.....I would recommend it. If you are looking for a way to replace your favorite Italian or Thai food dishes....this is not it. Overall not a bad alternative to general fast food burgers and bar fare. Today we had the Pad Thai with shrimp, Spaghetti and Meatballs, and a side of Mac and Cheese. The Mac and Cheese was inedible.

I ordered from this restaurant last night via Grubhub. I can honestly say not a bad experience. Everything tasted good. Temperature was perfect. Its not a 5 star restaurant but def great for something quick and inexpensive. Def worth a shot.

Just meh. This place is pretty overrated just has your typical noodles with average taste. It isnt bad but isnt good either.

This place is ok if you want to carb up. It's just average with a selection. If you have a bigger group they can all find something here - that's the upside.

Tonight we really didn't feel like cooking. So I told my husband and the kiddos to put their shoes on because it was a noodles and co night. Tonight I had the spaghetti and meatballs, my husband had the spicy Korean beef and noodles and the girls and many options and things for their kids meals. Everything was delicious and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The manager, Junior, was very kind and checked on us frequently and made sure everything was to our satisfaction.
