Noodle Man

This is a cute, clean place with great service and good food. It's Asian, but with a twist. It's not like anything else I have ever tasted. The soups are really flavorful, smell wonderful, and come beautifully presented. We also had the cucumber salad. The chunks were fat and kinda hard to spear with a fork and handle with chopsticks, but once I got it in my mouth- yum! Loved everything about this place and would go again. I didn't leave stuffed. The portions are just right.

Oct 27saw the reviews and said, i gotta try and see what they hype is. Im glad it didnt disappoint. 1st time i went was during covid. the food was only togo. 45 min drive later it was still good. Went back a 2nd time and ate there, was even better. Fresh made, can watch them make it behind the glass. Cant beat it. My Star Rating System, since there cant be a 0 stars, I rank my decisions to eat somewhere again as: 1 star - if someone else buys it I won't eat it, I would rather go hungry. 2 star - if I'm hungry, no other options are open and someone buys it - I would consider eating it 3 star - I'm ok with eating it as long as someone else pays 4 star - I will eat again and pay for it and be a semi-regular customer 5 star - I will travel for good food and pay good money and be back on a regular basis and maybe even pay for yours just so we can go

Came here with a buddy for our monthly dinner and this really is a great place to eat. The quality of the food is ALWAYS super fresh, delicious, and piping hot. Service on our visit was just as exceptional. The lady knew how to explain the dishes perfectly. Example: How spicy is this dish? - Spicy enough to make your nose run a little but not enough to make you sweat. Tell you what, she was dead on.Overall, this place has always been a winner for food quality and decent atmosphere. I really liked this establishment. Restaurant was spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and on point! The food was delicious. The fried salt and spicy pork chop was mine and my hubbys favorite! 10/10! We got a side of rice with it. The side of rice was the largest side I've ever had at a restaurant! We also got the fried spicy chicken wings (6 pieces) 8/10 was very crispy and seasoned! The Lan Zhou Beef Noodle Soup was okay. It came with Beef shank, radish, chopped green onion and cilantro. I added bok choy and they were not stingy with it, I was very grateful! But I personally wasn't a fan of the soup. It tastes like pho to me, but w udon noodles. 7/10. Lastly, I had the pork wontons with chili oil. 7/10. I recommend this place! The staff were very friendly and patient! They offer military discount here!

The beef noodle soup was bland and lacked flavor. But the dumplings were so freaking delicious.

Wow! We had a great experience at Noodle Man!Our server was friendly, the food came out so fast, and everything tasted amazing. We started with the pork wontons in chili oil, and it was so flavorful. I love fresh noodles, and it was so cool to be able to watch the staff making the noodles behind the glass in the kitchen. The kung pap chicken was good too, but the Mongolian beef stole the show. There was so much meat in each order. The portions & prices were great. We left feeling completely satisfied. We'll definitely be back, & next time, I'll order the Mongolian beef again with an extra side of noodles!

First time at this location and it was great. Very nice and friendly staff and slightly larger than the VB location. Ordered the brisket soup but with the spicy noodle soup broth. Best part about the cold season is soup game. More visits to come!

This dish is soooo comforting and flavorful. I always have leftovers and it tastes even better later on. The noodles are fresh and broth is superb. It's has a nice vibe and atmosphere.I ordered a sweet tea with a lemon slice, and the service was as always quick and efficient. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

I came in with my family of 5 on a Saturday about 430 PM. We were seated right away. The restaurant is clean and well themed. You can watch them prepare the food which is a cool experience. Everything was very flavorful and fresh. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
