No Limits Skydiving West Point

Given to me as a Mother's Day gift by my sons, it was on my bucket list And I am so glad I did it. My instructor Joe was very thorough, always smiling and so laid back all my nervousness just faded away. He always made sure I was good to go and made the whole experience that much more amazing. And you have to do it here. The view of the York river from a parachute...you just have to experience it. Ask for Joe!One minor flaw: you have to tip before the flight. Joe would have gotten so much more if allowed to tip after.

Careful making reservations here. After paying the deposit I was sent a do and don't letter prior to the date of the jump. At that time there Were restrictions expressed that precluded me from jumping. I would not have made the reservations if it was listed on the website. I called the office the next day (and several days away from the reservation date) and was told that the deposit was non refundable no matter what. I suggested that they update the website with the restrictions and was told they can't do that. So basically they are trying to take advantage of people deliberately. I was really looking forward to the adventure and they have a good review history so I'm very disappointed with the outcome.Buyer beware.

I had a very good time on the day of my jump. My instructor Joe would check on you to make you felt at ease before your jump. The facility was clean with a team of professionals that was more than willing to answer all of my questions. The views were amazing of the landscape and rivers. Once you look at your video is when you believe that there is nothing that you can't achieve. I would be more than happy to go back to jump again now that my friends call me "008"! Lol

I had a great experience of my life with no limits skydiving. It was a bad weather on the day of my dive but thanks to the team they rescheduled me for the next day. Great staff great service. Probably its was the best birthday gift to myself.

These guys were great. Serious, safe & fun! Very efficient and it was a blast. First jump and I won't forget it.

I have always wanted to go skydiving so my daughters bought me a gift certificate back in April. It was the best experience ever even walking into the establishment. Everyone was so nice and answered all my questions. The experience itself was unbelievable! My instructor Mark was really cool and easy to converse with considering my life was in his hands. I will definitely go again to No Limits Skydiving and I can't wait!

I received a gift certificate for my Birthday last year (5 stars) - I have to say my first jump was an incredible experience, I got the whole package; the video and pictures, and t shirt. I purchased another tandem skydive which is good for one year. My one year expiration date was August 22, 2024, which was a thursday. I was hoping to jump on the weekend with 6 friends; three had jumped before the other three would have been their first time (all who would've purchased the the whole package). I called and emailed asking to extend my purchased certificate (two days) and was told NO "your jump expires on the 22nd" I was told someone would reach out to me, they did not. I told them I was a veteran and worked at the Veterans Administaion. I could't believe their inability to understand that life happens and kids schedules don't change. One might say that they were booked solid over the weekend; they were not, I checked. These "ex-military" owners saw an opportunity to get paid for no services. They got me, but what they didn't get was the six people that were going to jump with me AND the repeated business from us and our new recruits annually in the future - Your website says for gift certificates "Our Tandem Skydiving Gift Certificates are good for 13 months" and you couldn't extend me two days...SHAME ON YOU!

Today I went skydiving for the first time ever! I went tandem with Joe. It was an all around wonderful experience. So glad I paid extra for the video. 10/10 recommend.

Contrary to most of the reviews, our experience was different.My niece and I were looking for the full experience of a sky dive.The instructors were knowledgeable and explained things well.However; they were not particularly friendly to the point of seeming like they didn't want to be there. Once in the plane, their ear buds went in which signaled they had no interest in conversation. Nothing was said for the 20 minute plane ride except for some instruction before the jump. We were also solicited for a tip before the jump with the instructors present. This is the 1st time I've tipped for service before it was performed. Seemed a bit unprofessional. The jump itself was exciting, but we will be recommending a different skydive company to our friends.

The jump, plane ride, and view was great but the customer service was less than acceptable. The instructors/employees/etc were rude and obnoxious. They make a lot of snarky comments, and you or your family should expect to be snapped at at some point during your time there. They also expect you to tip before you jump. I understand there's stress involved with this job, but for what you're paying I'd expect at least some pleasantness.
