One of those days with one of those nights. Too tired too cook and too late to be picky. Stopped by here for quick late night take out. I think what immediately caught my attention was that the owners themselves cooking and most of all, visible from the doorway. Just a bonus peace of mind when it comes to fast food and take out joints. Because I feel like I never know what kind of mischief goes on back there hah. Food was nothing special but not bad either. Owners don't speak much of English but they did greet us and were friendly. Immediately took our order and go right to it. Got our food in about 5-7 mins.

If I could give them a negative star I would. They have extremely rude delivery drivers and when you call to complain they pretend to care and say they will get you the stuff that WASN'T delivered but the won't. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME DEALING WITH THIS RESTAURANT

PLEASE READ!Yes their food is great but their attitudes are nasty. They said they don't deliver that far to my house and hung up. I was going to tell them I'll come to them. I went their to pick food up and it wasn't cooked yet and the guy had attitude with me when I was asking questions. Food good but their attitudes are beyond rude. I'll never order again. We spend our money on their food and they act nasty.

Normally this is our go-to place. It's close to home. The portions are decently sized. And we always order enough that they throw in a couple cans of coke and some spring rolls.We just ordered from them over the Thanksgiving weekend. Less than impressive. The fried rice seemed over cooked. The pepper steak tasted rubbery. The sweet and sour sauce seemed too sour and not enough sweet. Needless to say, the food did not seem to be very fresh.I gave it 3 stars because normally, we have no issues. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they had an off night. I'm not one to shun an establishment because of one bad experience. I'll give them one more try to redeem themselves before I find a new go-to place.

I placed an order over the phone for pickup, a simple order of four items. Not only did they forget to bag an item, when my husband went back to pick it up they got the order wrong! Will never eat here again

Good food, fast service. I ordered online through Yelp for a pickup. I showed up about 5 minutes after I ordered, went in paid, and my food was done in 5 mins. Really fast, customer service was ok, I had no issues. The food was very good.

We've lived in the area for roughly a year and had bad luck with many local places. I thought we were going to have to give up a good delivery place when I found this place. Ordered online so didn't have any communication issues. Food was fresh and delicious. No complaints!!! Our new go to place... so excited!

Recently, I placed an order for a pork lo mien with a side of pork to be sent to a Norfolk Public School address. I am a school teach who works long days and I was really looking forward to getting my order sent to me. When I placed my order, no one asked how I was going to pay for the meal, so I assumed that I could pay for my meal when it arrived at the school with my credit card. When my order arrived, I was told that I could not use my card because they did not have a card reader, and they would not allow me to call to give them my card number. I was so upset. They took the food back. But that's not the worst part. When I called to place another order today, I was told that they do not send orders to this school address. This place stinks. Poor customer service and I will never buy food from this restaurant again.

Food was good and delivery was fine. But I prefer my meal with no hair in it. Tried calling them, but nobody would answer the phone. I will call them tomorrow, but I doubt they'll give me my money back. According to other reviews, customer service is not their thing.
