Nicholson House Gift Shop

I went for the first time after the Peak time for lunch, very lovely place. The selection I choose for lunch was a turkey wrap, with iced tea, and it was delicious! Definitely plan on returning for a nice quiet dinner/supper with my husband, very soon. Do you also have dinner specials on Friday & Saturday?Also, what is the charge for the dress-up room, & room for the totes tea parties??thank you,Mrs. Parks, from South Mills,NC

Third is such a precious hidden gem of a restaurant. It's quite eclectic in design and the multiple dining rooms are very nicely decorated. The food is good. I had the spaghetti and salad. The gift shop is adorable. They sell a certain jar of pickles that are very addictive. Definately worth a try.

If you have never had the spaghetti on Thursday's....your missing out!!! The best ever!! Breakfast is also delish

Great selection of cute odds and ends. Reasonably priced. Friendly staff and very helpful. Gift shop connected to the restaurant which is great. Family owned.

I am a regular @ The Nicholson House -- shopping and eating!! The food is always top notch and I love shopping in the gift shop. The people are wonderful! If you have never been you need to try this quaint establishment. Wanda

Very quaint and quiet setting. This out of the way place is the perfect place to escape the fast pace of the city. Good food and served HOT. Friendly service. Things could be slow if a large group came in but you can browse the gift shop while you wait

I stopped in for lunch while visiting the area, and had an excellent, fresh chicken salad plate. Would suggest serving with crackers or bread, though. Service was good, and the place is bright and clean, and not expensive.
