My childs pepper steak. Severely under cooked
Over cooked... Re heated chicken, flavorless sauce, and white rice that taste like bleach.
9.43 pm. We still have not eaten. Waiting on them to pick up our food before they will refund us.

Amazing experience overall! The Crab Rangoon and Shrimp Eggroll were great. The Gen Tso's Shrimp had a sauce that was a little too thin BUT made up for that with flavor and the quality of the shrimp. Absolutely will order from them again!

Two stars for delivery girl she was super sweet. But this food is awful!!! General Tso chicken is gooey and thick, my boyfriend ordered the beef Szechuan and it tasted fishy. And pork steamed dumplings are filled with some kind of filling that tasted/looked nothing like pork. Egg roll was good but that is hard to mess up. I wanted to love this place because it has delivery and is right down the street from my house, however I would not recommend this place.

We still have not received a refund. We now have no choice but to go into the buisness to try to get our money back. I'm pretty certain most people will just let this go however when a business is run this poorly you should not. They cannot fix what they do not know about and if you encounter that they truly do know and it's not just an employee or manager issue then they need to close the doors.I wouldn't rate them at all but According to yelp I have to in order to post.Date of original complaint 05/01/2015

AVOID!!I ordered their family special (4 items for $20) tonight and I wish I had looked at their reviews first. It took an hour and a half for delivery. We were told an hour. Which may have been okay but...The only positive I have is that when we got our food the delivery gal was very friendly. The man in the phone when I placed my order, however was very short and rather impolite. We ordered 3 different chicken entrees and shrimp fried rice. All of the meat orders looked and tasted exactly the same (dark, gooey sauce-covered chicken) except that one had a few sesame seeds sprinkled on the top. There was a thin layer of chicken on top of a bowl filled with rice for each of these. The shrimp fried rice had about 6 pieces of shrimp laid on top. And was basically another bowl full of exactly the same rice as the chicken dishes. It all tasted the same (general Taos, orange, and sesame chicken). We were very disappointed with our food and will NOT be ordering from them again

This place stinks! Flys all over.. Old food on the tables and ground, clutter everywhere. Smells like a garbage heap. The food was over cooked and the rice tasted like bleach. The worst part... The stomach cramps I had the next day!!! Take my advice.. Stay away! Unless you like food poisoning.

They gave my daughter black frys from the bottom if the fry basket. Food was old and nasty. Not enough food when you ask for a large more like a medium. I'd never eat here again.

Dear man taking orders over the phone. You are an a$$hole. You told me it would take 45 min for my order so when I've been waiting for now 1 hour and ten min when I called now an hour 20, you yell at me that he is on his way and yell at me that you are very busy and when I try to get an eta you hang up on me....Wish I read the reviews. Vegetables are cooked perfectly but my tofu is hard and rubbery like a tire.... I mean like Swail hard and rubbery. If I wasn't beyond starving when my food arrived I wouldn't eat it.

I read all the reviews and was very hesitant to order here despite the group I meet up with every week recommended it. Got the garlic chicken combo with crab rangoon, boyfriend got steak and onion combo with dumplings. Honestly the food was great, hot, and tasty. They gave me equal parts chicken and vegg (other places give me 1 bit of chicken with 30 veg and it irritates me). Crab are huge and tasty. Sauces are nothing to write home about, your basic fast food Chinese. Honestly it's food you can get at any mall, but their menu is large with stuff other than classic Chinese dishes. Very worth the money and nothing like what the other reviews claim.

hours say they close at 10, so I walked over beca it's right around the corner, I get there at 9:05 and he's locking the door. he looks at me and says closed. I told him it says 10pm online. I hear a lady behind me say she pulled up because she was told it closed at 10 as well online. get the time right.
