Significantly cheaper than civilian pools and patient instructors. Our children have gone to two sessions. While the Daughter is fearless and has excelled, the Son is a bit more cautious than his sister. The instructors work well with both of their personalities. Both of them feel comfortable in the water and, while initially nervous, were constantly excited to go to swim lessons. This is the second time they have attended lessons and we were very happy with the instruction and with the class size.

This is a great facility with lots of fitness options. The pool is clean and easy to access. Very crowded at lunch and after work (1600-1900).

the pool was suffice to do what needed to be done but that's about it. They have classes for kids that are great for starting out and beginning instructors. I personally used it as part of a normal workout. Lockers and shower rooms were about average of to be expected but I can't complain about something that's free use for military.
