Gun buyers, beware. Do not use this store for FFL transfers!I chose this location to have two firearms transferred that I had purchased because it was nearby. When I called to have their license sent to the seller, they acted like me giving them money to process a few pieces of paperwork was a huge burden. I should have known then to go elsewhere. I tracked my shipment from the seller, and showed up around 30 minutes after delivery to collect my purchase. I was not expecting them to have everything ready yet, but I definitely wasn't expecting them to claim it would take 3-4 hours for them to check the firearms into their inventory. That's insane, especially when I could see that one of the employees was already working on it. I returned later, and the store refused to release my purchase to me without providing my Social Security number, fingerprint, and allowing them to take a photograph of me. None of this is required by law, nor is any of the above required to process the required NICS or state background checks. Pouring salt in the wound, I was then told the cost would be $40 because I had two firearms, even though I'd been quoted $25 on the phone.I strongly recommend any gun owners who care about their privacy to avoid this store and have your transfers processed somewhere else. I certainly will not be coming back.

I've been using this pawn shop exclusively for the past 17 years. Nathan and his team are true professionals who operate fairly, honestly, & with compassion for both their retail & pawn customers. I recommend this reputable establishment to ANYONE & will remain a loyal customer for the rest of my life (or until they close the doors for the last time-God forbid!)

Nathans is the place to go for a sweet deal.I have been shopping here for years.Let me tell you what they will do:If you buy something like jewelry and 4 years later you want something new, they will take it back and give you full credit toward another purchase.This place is great for gifts. Why go to the mall and pay retail when you can haggle:)I am a fan. I have always gotten a good deal here

This is NOT your Father's pawn shop! The folks that work here are all outstanding with unmatched customer service and product knowledge. If you have a question they can't answer right away these folks WILL find the answer ASAP! As a retired Navy Officer I highly value a shop I can trust with my most valued family possessions. I also value a business that treats my wife with the same respect afforded to me.I have purchased several items of jewelry over the last couple of years; the price was amazing; quality unquestionable.Nathan's also does all my watch repair from batteries to spring replacement. I will never go anywhere else.A special call out to Ariel. He worked with my wife to repair a watch that no one else would even touch.I encourage all my friends to go in for a visit; they are always impressed. I came to Nathan's to sell my 14k necklace and my diamond and aquamarine ring and was offered a diabolical price of $400 lol I asked for the weight in grams and he told me it was about 20 Pennie's in weigh, this guy tried to rip me off BADD went and got everything appraised and was told both combined were worth about $2800 DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE !!!

It was time to replace the batteries in my wife's watches. Very reasonable cost to replace 5 batteries. Had to drop off and come back. Treated with respect and professionalism. Never thought a pawn shop replaced batteries

I have going to Nathan's for over 20 years. I have bought several engagement rings, guns, computers, iPads, coins, weights, tools, and more. The owner is an honest fair person who always leaves a positive impression. The staff is always friendly and happy to help with all my needs. I plan on going there soon to look for Christmas gifts..

Came in looking for a playstation 4 slim. They had one for $209 (came with cords and 1 controller) and they said the lowest they would go is $200. I went elsewhere to look at other prices and ended up coming back. I offered $185 and they accepted! I am very pleased with the price and the customer service. Love the new playstation!
