I came here last Friday evening, and was shocked that they were not busy. The inside was completely empty, with no customers. I did a pick up order, so I grabbed my order and left. For the few moments that I was inside, the customer service was good. I placed an order for the jalapeño poppers, hot wings (8 count), and a philly cheese sub. A few of the poppers were burnt but overall, everything was delicious. I'll come back for sure in the future.

This place is nothing short of a dumpster fire of an establishment.It's location is on a run down section of Rt.1 . Their parking lot is hard to get through if there is any sort of other traffic in it. The building itself is run down. Inside everything that is not touched frequently is covered in dust. One of their doors are broken, making access to half the lot hard to access due to no sidewalk.The staff, are incompetent at best. Racist/sexist at worst. A friend placed an order for my wife and I to pick up. When we arrived my wife went in to pick up the order. She gave the name, the detailed order, and when it was called in. They stated they "did not have that type of order." They checked around the kitchen, spoke to each other in Spanish. They asked her to confirm the order. She then repeated the order info in detail and name.(which is not a common name) "We have no such order." They described one other order for pick up that was not ours.Embarrassed my wife left. Our friend called. They reported to them "they were confused as to who was picking up the order.Moral of the story, don't go to this location if you or your spouse are BIPOC. They will screw you around and act ignorant.TLDR: Skip this discriminatory location.

So glad my daughter learned to read so now she says things like "that sign says pizza! Let's stop and eat!" And I am a sucker who likes to encourage reading so... We stopped by right after they opened. The lunch specials are a steal, the calzone was fantastic. The pizza sauce for dipping is okay, nothing special but not bad. Daughter had two BIG slices of pizza and a soda for her lunch special. The service was fantastic though, the lady working that day was very friendly and patient when my daughter wanted to order her own food and pay too (with my money, of course). It is close to my house, so I will definitely be back around lunch.

Best pizza in a 50 mile radius. So mad that I never heard of this place. All those other reviews I have no idea what they are talking about. I would eat here everyday if I lived here. Everything is fresh. Do not waste your time anywhere else.

I had a take out meat lovers calzone mini and it was soo good. Good ratio of bread to meat. The mini is huge ... good for sharing or personal size depending on how hungry you are. Very flavorful. I was eating with friends and they got the Philly steak sub and split it.Napolis has daily specials so check them out.

Mangia bene, ridi spesso, ama molto. You can definitely eat well and laugh more here at Napoli's . On the corner of a small strip mall in Chester . I love their pizza , lasagna , and steak n cheese subs ... I've never had anything bad here . You can dine in . They have 2 areas to sit and enjoy your meal . One side has 6 large booths and the other side hosts tables . This side can accommodate a large group. They do have a small bar area . One thing they will do is charge you for extra ranch . Other than that their prices are fair . They have lunch specials and days for pizza specials . I had the steak n cheese sub 8" ( they offer a 10") choice of side (fries , pasta salad , chips) and a drink for $7.99 with tax it was $8.41. Great deal . Eat lunch for under $10.00 ... there are places that still offer this . Napoli's is one of them . My waitress was great and friendly .

This is not the first time that I've been to Napoli but it is the first time that I've been able to post a review about it. I forgot my phone on my first visit and I was simply not going to make that mistake again and allow you to miss out on what is one of the best steak and cheese sandwiches that I've ever eaten.At this point, I guess it's safe to assume that I had the steak and cheese lunch combo. That combo came with a 10 inch sandwich, fries, and a drink. The price of my combo was $8.99. I have paid a whole lot much and got a whole lot less food at other places!The steak and cheese has lettuce, tomato, onions, green peppers, mushrooms, and mayo. It was simply amazing. My meal arrived pipping hot and I dove right in. In my mind, I kept thinking; "This sandwich is burning my mouth". I was unable to put it down though, it was just that good!! It wasn't greasy and they did not skimp on the meat, cheese, toppings, nor the flavor! The fries were great and I was totally addicted to the pink lemonade.I'm usually not able to finish the 10 inch combo but I managed to make it work today! For those with a smaller appetite then they do have an 8 inch combo for $7.99. I'd say spend the extra dollar and get some leftovers!I will definitely be back for lunch and any other meal that I can get in because the quality is definitely worth the drive.
