Awesome place to have finally opened to the public! Yet another great option in town for fresh meats and custom cuts. They have the variety of beef cuts from flanks to NY strips, bone-in ribeyes, and tomahawks, filets as well as ground beefs.In addition, they have all your pork products including store-made sausage meats and links. Of course there is also a selection of chicken as well as cured ham and pork products, and cheeses from Jennette Brothers.The staff is quite friendly and I definitely look forward to coming back again and again.Entrance changed to Poindexter Street instead of N Water Street. There is a fenced in gravel lot on that side.

Good products. Terrible hours. I can almost never get there while it's open. It's not 1950, people work all day.

Very reasonable prices, wonderful customer service, extremely clean environment, and the most delicious meats.

We bought quite a few steaks and other cuts of meat recently and everything was amazing! Great prices and even better meats! We will definitely be buying our meats through here from now on.
