MOD Pizza

MOD is similar to a subway/chipotle in that you go down a line in customize your pizza or salad. Start with the size curst, your sauce, your cheese, your toppings, and finish with their toppers. The pizza has a crispy crust, customized the way you want, and free toppings. Service is fast and at a decent price. I created a mini pizza with red sauce, olive oil, Asiago cheese, mild sausage, salami, arugula, balsamic glaze, and a light oregano. I ordered on the app and it was ready within 15 min. With curbside, you give them a call once you arrive and they'll bring it to your door.

First of all, the pizza was delicious! I loved that additional toppings are all one price. Everybody was really really friendly and I love the outdoor seating. They mistakenly got some meat on my daughters pizza and she is a vegetarian. They made her a new one right away and also gave us a gift certificate which was really really nice. We only constructive feedback I have is to please ensure that ingredients don't mix because that is super important to somebody who doesn't eat meat or may have food allergies. We will definitely return.

We happened upon this place when looking for a place to grab food. There are so many options for toppings that it can be a bit overwhelming. If you order online you have time to look and decide. We placed our order online which was convenient. The pizza was tasty and the toppings were not skimpy. If you order ahead give them an extra five minutes or so. They tend to be very busy and it is not always ready right on time. There are plenty of seats if you chose to eat there.

Pizza was enjoyable , service was good , plenty of seating available. I would go back next time in VA. I will proberly look it up when back home in PA. To see if there is any near me

I'm really sad to leave this because the good is great especially if you want gluten free pizza. But the last few months they have been so under staffed it takes forever. Tonight we ordered online and the pizza wasn't ready until 45 minutes after it was due, and no one even apologized for the wait. I feel bad for the staff because most of them are really nice, but they just don't have enough people. They were great for a while with a consistent team, but I haven't seen any of those faces in a while

PROTIP: Order ahead is the way to go!!Seriously, if you choose to stand in line, that's all you. However, if you order ahead and just arrive a little early, you can save yourself a substantial amount of time as the line can get pretty long sometimes.Overall, I'm very glad that we did. I waited a whopping 5 minutes since I ordered, then drove over. You would be crazy not to do this.The food quality here has always been super consistent. When I think "MOD Pizza" what I expect and what I get are always a match. Outside of that, the service has always been friendly but seriously, if you're not ordering ahead and they have a long line, it could be a solid 30 minutes before you get your food as the line can be long then the cook time on top of that. Phenomenal pizza, and great environment. My coworkers regularly go here for lunch because of the fresh ingredients and how quick it is.

Place sucks. Slowest service ever. Right next to DMV slow. I came in to order and it took them 10 minutes just to take 1 persons in front of me order. I just ended up ordering online and walking to the online order pickup before they even got finished with the 1 persons order. I am now standing here waiting for my 1 singular cheese pizza. I have been standing at the online pickup sign for ten minutes with no one greeting me or asking what I'm here to pick up for. And while writing this someone has come up in front of me. They have greeted them immediately and gave them their order. It's getting to be a little disappointing, disrespectful, and discriminatory.

We usually get Mod pizza on the occasion for lunch and is usually pretty good! Today however, we were unimpressed with the service. We had got back to work and I opened up my pizza box and this is what I was presented with...a hole in my pizza. I don't even know how you can send a pizza out like that and think it's acceptable.
