Miller's Seafood & Steakhouse

Although there was a bit of a wait to get a table, it was a delightful restaurant. Eat early or late for your best bet to get in. Our server was an efficient person who offered suggestions and delivered food promptly. Basket of perfectly cooked hush puppies arrive only minutes after arrival. I ordered crab cake (broiled) with side salad (upcharge) and french fries. My partner ordered the fisherman's platter. Salad was strawberry and feta with and raspberry vinegarette. Fresh greens, plenty of strawberries and feta, just a nice salad. Crab cakes were all crab with no discernable filler. Fries were fries, I only ate the crunchy bits. It was really a great deal of food (for me). SO's platter was beautiful and perfectly cooked. We did not order a dessert. There is just so much food.Ambiance was of a very nice steak house. Wait staff were knowledgeable of ADA rules and accommodated us accordingly. Parking is tight but does enable a large number of cars/trucks.

Expensive but very good ($14 Cosmos). The food was very good and the service was quick. Would have rated it lower, but Renee, our waitress, was excellent. Professional, helpful and friendly.

The wait on Memorial Day weekend at 8:30 was quick! Seated immediately and the hosts are nice. Server, Kylie, was very sweet. I got a drink from the bar, very good, and we got the calamari. Calamari was good. Hush puppies were also very good!I got the vegetarian pasta and husband got the chicken dish. We both liked it a lotDecor is very nice. Fits the beach town we're in. I would come here again!

Great service. Good food. My steak was a bit more done than I wanted, but the food was great! Great hush puppies!

Was looking for some good fried local seafood for my last night in town. Miller's hit the spot. Sat at the bar and had great service from Matt who recommended a good local beer. The scallops, shrimp and oysters were on point. The hush puppies to start were delicious too. The gentleman next to me at the bar raved about dessert but I was too full to enjoy! I'll be back next time I'm in town!

We got there at 6:45. There was A LOT of people waiting but since we were a table of 3 we only waited for 10-15 min. The service was relatively quick considering the place was packed. The restaurant is actually pretty big. The hush puppies are more like balls of funnel cake, but they are TO DIE FOR. I really enjoyed the broiled fisherman's platter. The flounder could have used some salt, but everything else was marvelous. My mom enjoyed her chicken and mash. My boyfriend however was not happy with his meal. The crab legs barely had any meat in them. Definitely not worth the price. AND the shrimp were not cleaned correctly. Would NOT recommend getting any steamed seafood from here. It was truly disappointing and underwhelming.

5/5!Miller's Seafood was highly recommended to us by a friend of ours, so of course, we had to pay them a visit. Seafood and Steak, that's a combo that will get me anytime. The Food: Hush puppies were served as an appetizer, and they were endless!! The hushpuppies were huge and was made perfectly! Probably one of the best I've had to be honest. But for my main entree, I got the "Surf and Turf". The New York strip was cooked perfectly to the temperature I requested, and the crab cake I chose had a good amount of crab filling inside. Overall a very good meal!The Service: Service was great! Staff were friendly and attentive all the time. No complaints. Especially for waiting our large group of 8.The Atmosphere: The restaurant was clean and well put together. Plenty of seating to go around.Overall, a 5/5! Food was delicious and staff were friendly! Highly recommend coming here and giving Miller's a try. I'll be back the next time I'm in OBX.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Great service, great food, and a diverse menu. The hush puppies are the best I've ever had! Highly recommend.

Delicious fresh seafood with a large selection of menu items for seafood lovers and non seafood lovers alike. This restaurant is really popular, so it's best to try for an early dinner time if possible. One positive feature is that they'll accommodate families and large groups in the dining room, which worked out well for our group of nine adults. The restaurant is clean and ocean themed inside. We really appreciated how attentive our server was despite how busy the dining room was. Our drinks were always full and our meals arrived in a timely manner. The cocktails were fun and I really enjoyed the "Cake By the Ocean". I would definitely come here again!

Great food and good service! Go early during busy season if you don't want to wait! My friend and I went twice during our stay this summer.
