Small park, but the views are where the money is. You can see the river running through town, the delightful condo's adjacent to a nice part of town, or the impressive, modern Hampton U building.

a tiny park with a little covered stage with uncovered ampihtheater stone seating, a few trees and benches, a port-a-potty, and a nice view of the water and of the cars going across adjacent charmless concrete bridge. if you work in the area or whatever it is a pleasant quiet place to sit and eat your bag lunch.

Brothers Osborne 7-9. It's 8:14 and headline guest still on stage. No advertising that there was an opening act. I will never go to another concert at a Mill Point again because of this. Brothers Osborne was a favorite, but you mislead a lot of people. Never stuck around to see you.
