Mike's Pizza

Mikes Pizza has become a family favorite for us! The warm welcoming feeling when walking in or placing an order to go, they are always so happy to help us and even recommend something to us to try new based off our usual orders. *extra feta is our jam* The help when trying to find the perfect oil and balsamic vinaigrette was amazing. They are so knowledgeable on everything in their store and the quality is outstanding. They are incredibly family oriented and it truly shows! I'll forever recommend Mike's Pizza!

Stopped here for lunch as it was close by work. They were really busy! We ordered two 10 inch pizzas. One Supreme and one Margherita. The crust was pretty good and it came out fresh. The supreme pizza was just okay, and I liked the Margherita one better. There's not much to eat around here, so I recommend trying this place out. They have pasta specials in the restaurant and also offer gyros. They also have a cute shop area with olive oil and different foods. We also tried the cheesy bread sticks but I wouldn't t recommend them. They were large pieces of bread (like Olive Garden style but way thicker) and had very little cheese.

We visited Mikes Pizza for my first time two weeks ago for lunch and wow! I love this restaurant and it will definitely be on my short list to visit next time we are in town. I ordered MIKE'S DELUXE (Ham, Turkey, Pastrami, Roast Beef, 7" ($7.99) and my husband ordered a 7" Turkey sub ($7.99). We also ordered fried mozzarella sticks for an appetizer. The sandwiches were very tasty and 7" was quite filling. The staff is friendly and helpful. We ordered at the counter and they called our name when our food was ready. The restaurant has a good selection of sodas, fresh brewed iced tea and other beverages. There are quite a few tables and the dining room was pretty full for lunch. This restaurant is really close to the Naval base so perfect location if you are working on base. There is also a decent sized store selling foods and household goods from Italy or themed around Italy. I should have taken more photos and my trip was short otherwise we would have returned for pizza. I really recommend a visit to Mike's.

I came here from Florida on orders and I stopped here after work to give it a try and im glad I did , the jalapeño poppers are SO GOOD , & the pizza is great too ! Service was real nice & everything was good!

The service is amazing. And the FOOD is so so so good!!! I got a Gyro, never scarfed anything down so fast. I also love how honey and welcoming the atmosphere is! It really makes you feel like you belong there! They have a lot of goodies as well!!!

Hit and miss, pizza is good but the quality of the of the gyros is inconsistent. For a quick lunch order ahead. The workers are awesome very friendly

One of the best Pizzas in town. Their homemade crust is delicious. Try the homemade Greek sausage . The girls do a great job with the variety of soups made daily as well as the Greek and Italian specials. You not only eat but you can shop the Marketplace with imported Green olive oils and gifts. If you've never been you must try this great Pizza house on Hampton Blvd.

Less than 48 Hours ago my husband and I agreed to consume some food from Mike's Pizza in Norfolk Virginia (the Hampton Boulevard location a few miles from Naval Station Norfolk). Anyhow, I fortunately obtained the opportunity to order and pick up food from this location. The employee I interacted with both to order and receive my food had a pleasant, welcoming and warm personality and I received the food in a reasonable and fair timeframe. I ordered the Chicken Parmen Italian dinner for my husband. Luckily my husband enjoyed the chicken parmesan and spaghetti combo (comes with mozarella cheese for anyone viewing this who is curious). I had a Gyro with a side of Greek salad (both the gyro and the mixture of the kalamata olives feta cheese tomatoes onions and the accompanying salad dressing were delicious).

Just ate here today and met two of the nicest Greek ladies you will ever meet in Maria and Chrissy, the two sisters running this fine business that has been here for 46 years. Was at NOB nearby and used Yelp to find nearby pizza place. Was definitely worth the trip and visit. From the outside does not look like that large of a place, but definitely spacious inside. Ordered a large 16 inch pizza. The dough for the crust was fresh and toppings were decent. They had nice selection of condiments to go on your pizza. Maria was generous with the sauce. Think next time I will have them add the spices to the pizza prior to cooking. Chrissy had a nice selection of homemade desserts that I will partake in. I'll have to see if their gyros compare to Oakland Gyros back home in Milwaukee but they are hard to beat. Will definitely be back.

Older traditional place on Hampton blvd close to Wawa and Dodges. Low key inside seating. Gift shop in back. No table service. Pizza has medium crispy crust and nice flavor. Hours posted on site were wrong. paper sign on door states they close at 2 pm on Saturday. Have mixed feeling about this place must driven past hundreds of times before trying. Need to try other items before higher score.
