Miguel's Formal Wear

I ended up not going with this place for my tux, but still wanted to use them for my groomsmen. I was ghosted without notice, zero response or anything. I'm glad I had a few alternatives lined up but I wouldn't recommend this business as they seem lacking in organization, communication and attention to detail.

We loved our experience with Miguel's. We used them for our large wedding party. The owner was able to bring a thought into reality. We wanted custom bow ties with the wedding colors and he made it happen. Also it was an easy drop off.

Our first time visiting Miguels was for my sons ring dance. We received personalized one on one appointment to pick out every single item needed for the special event.

I am a big fan of Bespoke and was very glad I decided to have Miguel's Formal Wear create my order. I absolutely loved my experience at Miguel's Formal Wear! I was very happy with the atmosphere of a club room-designed shop. Micheal's service and attention to detail were of the highest caliber. The whole point of ordering custom clothes is to feel that this is an important process of "old-school" heritage, with the twist of new technology, in both the ordering process and the fabrics to choose from. I was very happy with my order and also liked the fact that we created a design with the suggestions that helped mold details into my jacket into the final design. It's refreshing to know that there is a place that you can trust and believe put a lot of passion into the efforts of customer service to such a high level. I look forward to returning and creating another masterpiece to be added to my wardrobe collection.

A true 5-star process start to finish. Got a great tux on short notice for holiday weekend with no problems. I will return and I recommend this location for anyone in need of a good outfit and a great experience.

If you're looking for one of a kind attire for your big day this is definitely the place for you! He offers superior quality, and you don't have to worry about blending in with the crowd! The staff is very knowledgeable and passionate about their craft. He also does customizations so if you're looking to have items tailor made Be up front and let him know!

The service here at Miguels is impeccable. From helping me figure out what color, to what style, when I went in with absolutely no idea what I even wanted, I was completely blown away with how amazingly well I was treated from the moment I walked into the door until the moment that I exited. Not to mention the amazing atmosphere that the shop has, you'll easily find yourself so comfortable and it's a wonderful, very professional setting. The quality and style of the suits is just as amazing as the service.

Michael was a great resource and provided top notch service as I started the planning process for my upcoming wedding. I would recommend him to anyone looking for business or formal attire.

I am disappointed with this establishment to say the least. My son was in a wedding in Virginia Beach. We live out-of-state, so we had to send in the measurements. They INSISTED that the tuxes be mailed since we would not be there until Thursday and the wedding was Saturday. We never got the tux, which was just as well since the tuxes that did arrive were terribly wrinkled. We were told that they did not do steaming, and we needed to hang them up. That did not work, so we spent two hours steaming them out in the hotel. When we picked my son's tux up, he told us that he would mail us a refund for the shipping that never occurred. The tux did not fit properly. We were then informed that there was a $65 fitting fee, and he would "absorb" that cost and not give us the shipping refund. We paid $250 for that tux and he's charging a fee for it not fitting?!?! My son used those same measurements for a wedding two weeks earlier and that tux for fine. I realize every tux fit differently. That's the business he is in!! He spent more time telling me how great he is and how he has the best business in the area. I beg to differ.

Micheal and Alan are great associates! I needed to get some measurements for work and they were friendly and kind on the phone; even got me in the same day! Micheal is very knowledgeable and tells you exactly what and how he is going to measure before doing it. He always made sure I felt comfortable and at ease, a real gentlemen. Measurements I needed are for shirts, jackets and pants. Also found out that this location specializes in men AND women's suits. So, ladies, if you are looking for an honest place that has style and great taste in business suits, I highly recommend Miguel's Formal Wear on Indian River Rd! Thanks guys!
