There are certain businesses that you wish you wouldn't have anything to do with, and having your car damaged and needing repairs is certainly at the top of that list.Recently my car was badly damaged while I was work and came out to find an undriveable vehicleAfter a few days it was delivered to MI Car Collision and once there, I knew it was going to get a lot better. The majority of the time I spoke with Justin and each time on the phone he was genuine caring and wanting to do right by the customer.....Me.I finally got my car back today and I knew it was going to be 1000% right after all my conversations with Justin there was no doubt!!if you are ever misfortune to need a repair there are countless places to use but I promise you they won't be as caring and professional as MI CarJustin's team is top notch and you will have zero worries

Came here for an estimate. They were quick and gave me an estimate but I later found out they neglected to include things that were visibly damaged. Also were not able to schedule me in for one month out. The guy that helped me was knowledgeable but did not give me a friendly vibe. Decided to go somewhere else.

I debated on whether or not to write a review. It's possible they're great and I just had a one off bad experience. I gave 3 stars because they were responsive to the issues it was just an exhausting experience and we had multiple issues. We're new to the area and thankfully I don't have any other collision experience to compare them to. I was hopeful when I received a strong recommendation for them from one of my Facebook groups. My van was hit while parked in a parking spot and I needed to get it fixed through the other persons insurance. I stopped by to get a quote and I met with Josh. He presented well, took photos and gave me a quote right away. Unfortunately they didn't have availability for a couple of months. I sent the quote to the insurance anyway. They approved it and I scheduled it for the beginning of November. Tina called about a week later and they had received the check from insurance and they could fit me in right away. She coordinated the rental and I dropped the van off on 9/28! If I was reviewing only Tina I'd give this place 5 stars. If she's not a manager, she should be! She's excellent with customers, extremely competent and friendly. I worked with her on a few occasions throughout this experience and each interaction set the standard for what customer service should be. Bottom line: I think they have more work than they can handle and lack the quality control to give a quality product back to the customer. If you like details: They had the van longer than I expected for the smallish job it was. Josh called and let me know it was ready. I asked about the alignment I requested and he assured me all was well over the phone. I confirmed I'd be able to see the paperwork when I picked it up. When I arrived they had taken it for one last test drive and the alignment wasn't quite right so they were finishing up the alignment when I arrived. I was irritated but also thankful it was getting done. Just felt like that wasn't the full story. The car was ready. I went out the check the work. In addition to the accident fix I had paid out of pocket to have them attach a cover that was coming off. It was the first thing I checked. It hadn't been touched. I had to wait while they attached it. This was pretty frustrating since they had my van for 1.5 weeks. It's also where I really started to doubt the quality of workmanship that was done on the van. I'm not sure how 2 very small items could have been missed. If these were missed issues, what issues were missed that I can't see? Now I'm concerned and frustrated. They fixed the cover and I went back out the do the final check. Everything seemed fine to me but I was frustrated and just ready to go. When I got home my husband noticed that that the bumper wasn't flush and there was some paint chipped off the bumper that wasn't an issue when I had dropped it off. Ugh.So, the next morning I called and they had me bring it back in. I met with Josh again and we looked at the drop off pics. It was clear to me that the spot was not there when I left the van with them but he started to argue with me about it and then said "I can't deal with this right now I have 5 others I'm working on. I'm calling a manager to handle this." It was out of the blue and again frustrating in the way he said it as I had not been combative in any way, only resolute in the fact that the chip was not there when I dropped it off and they needed to fix it. The manager Danny was now working with me and I needed to explain all the issues again. We reviewed the bumper not being flush and I was going to leave it with them to fix it again. It was a very confusing conversation for me. We seemed to go off topic and talked about other chips in the bumper then the one I had an issue with. He offered to fix them for a greatly discounted cost but I couldn't make the decision on spending that much money on a bumper I didn't know if it would actually work once they did the next fix. Finally we got on the same page and he said they could fix the bumper and paint the one issue spot while I waited. They did. They fixed it and looked it over with me. I still don't think the bumper fits properly on the can but at this point he said the only thing they could do to get it right is to replace it completely. He wasn't sure why the estimator didn't just do that at first but said it's probably because it's a tough case to get insurance to pay for it. This comment frustrated me even more so I just left at this point. I wish they had just done it right from the beginning. Their lack of quality work now affects the value of my vehicle. They spoke about me wanting to be satisfied and that their warranties set them apart. I'm thankful for the warranties but I'm still not satisfied with the quality of work that was done. I do appreciate that everyone spoke to me as a competent person and they didn't once speak in a condescending tone as I've experienced in other car repair locations.

I had to get some car body work estimated. As soon as I came, i was greeted and asked to be seated. One gentleman was even welcoming being chatty telling me I came at the right time since power just came back on. I was helped by Justin an estimator. He was so efficient, took pictures, quickly pointed out what he can visually see needs to be done. When we went inside, he promptly tapped on his keyboard and within minutes had an estimate. He also explained that there could be other things which not visually accounted for until they take things apart. He even was sympathetic and said sorry that he understood how I felt having to get an unexpected expense. When I asked him how soon they. Am start work and for how long, he gave the information with the proper caveat that he'd rather give me a realistic timeframe and if they can get me in sooner and/or finish the work sooner than 6 days, they'd of course do so. While I have to sit on the estimate to decide, the estimation process was painless and very professionally conducted. I just had to give my raving review!

I was in a car accident in mid January. My Jeep was towed to MiCar Collision Center on January 18th and was ready for pick up on the 28th. The overall process was seamless. I was called and notified of the damages and given an estimate on when repairs would be finished. They were quick and to the point and ensured I was happy with the fixes. They were partnered with Geico so it made my repair alot easier. If you're in need of getting your vehicle fixed, give them a call.

I have taken multiple cars to MiCar Collision over the years and they have done excellent work each time. My most recent visit wasn't quite an A+ but I'm still happy overall. I had a scrape on my door repaired. When I picked up my car, I had to clean it when I got home because there was a lot of wax residue left over. Not easily removed by that point, but not too terrible. Also, someone was a little rough with my push button ignition switch and broke it. I replaced that on my own ($50.00) because I know they are pretty fragile and the tabs are easily broken. No issue there.Overall I'm very satisfied with their work and will continue to return (and recommend them) as needed.

I have had the pleasure of having Mike and his crew repair a couple of work Vans and now my personal Truck has just been returned to me. What do I see ? It's better than it was before she was hit. For a older GMC it looks Brand New again. As always it's a pleasure doing business with MiCar, and all of its amazing people. MiCar Collision Center did a fantastic job on my VW GTI. The hood was damaged due to a fence falling on it during a storm. It wasn't a large dent, but small dimples from where a fence's locking mechanism had hit it. It had a few small dimples on the hood and the paint was scratched down to bare metal. I dropped the vehicle off on Friday and it was repaired, repainted and ready to go by Tuesday morning. If you are skeptical about where to take your car for body work... look no further. My vehicle looks as good as it did the day it was purchased. I couldn't be happier with the results. They are friendly, professional and punctual. Give them your business!! You won't be disappointed.
