Menchie's is awesome!!! The froyo is fresh and they have 12 flavors to choose from. They also have sugar free, low carb, gluten free and vegan flavors as options. So there is something for everyone. We will tell our friends and also revisit often

Very clean, excellent choice of flavors, ample seating and plenty of toppings. Great spot!

My kids quite literally ask for Menchies by name. It's probably my three year olds favorite treat. The owner recognizes us when we walk in, us always very kind and helpful. The best froyo around!

The best frozen yogurt I've ever had and wonderful service. My girlfriend and I were just passing through town when we found this gem. This place alone might just inspire our next trip to Williamsburg. Do yourself a favor and add the chocolate shell sauce to whatever you make

The best and most refreshing place to have frozen yogurt in Williamsburg! The owners is super nice and always gives our dog a water bowl. Thank you for being an amazing addition to our town!

If I could, I would rate this establishment a 4.5. This was our first visit and we weren't disappointed. The cashier was so helpful and attentive although she didn't offer much when we asked about the flavors and best sellers. Hence the reason we didn't rate it a 5. We served ourselves so got what we paid for . My Husband mixed nilla wafers with toasted almond he added cool whip & rainbow sprinkles to complete his craving for the evening. He was fully satisfied and happy. I on the other hand had a waffle cup and layered nilla wafers with marshmallow and topped off my craving with crushed heathbar. Unfortunately, I did not care much for the nilla wafer flavor after a few bites but was super happy I chose the marshmallow and heathbar. Forgot to take a pic to share with my review.

Tonight we had a perfectly wonderful Covid friendly Sweet 16 party outdoors with frozen yogurt. They had plenty of space outside and a heater for anyone who was chilly. It was a last minute plan and they couldn't have been anymore accommodating. They have the best customer service and wonderful treats. I would recommend this place to anyone.Thank you Menchies!!

Nice staff, clean place and good froyo. Menchie's is so much better than the Sweet Frog in Williamsburg (we stopped going there last year because the older lady who's probably the owner was very rude). Now we only go to Menchie's even though they charge more per ounce. It gets expensive. We paid over $18 for 2 froyos (1 was only 1/3 filled and the other cup was full). I like that they have low carb no added sugar options (2 flavors that day, vanilla and strawberry)

I always love coming to this Menchie's because the service is so kind. They are willing and able to answer any questions you may have about ingredients or prices or cup sizes. The store was nice and clean, and they have a welcoming area outside to enjoy your frozen yogurt and play games with your little ones. Always a pleasant experience and they have SO MANY TOPPINGS.

Absolutely amazing!! We weren't even planning on coming in but were invited it. The customer service was absolutely amazing! Just a few minutes before my siblings were a little upset because the cupcake place we wanted to go to was closed, but the guy working there absolutely made our day! It was our first time in, and we'll definitely be back!
