Unbelievable food! Great prices! They do not speak English, so bring your translator.

Unfortunately I had to take two stars due to their customer service when you dine in (Dinner) . You order your food, you get your food and that's it! Your waitress disappeared behind the counter to sit on her phone. I had to go in my vehicle to get my own water. it was ridicules , another couple came after us and they sat there for a long time waiting to put their order in . The place was empty , if it was busy I would've completely understand. I'm thinking the best thing to do is just order and pick up. Their food is really good!

I love this spot, the food is so perfectly seasoned. It's definitely authentic and more of a hole in the wall spot. I usually order ahead and take my food to go. In some cultures it's rude for a waiter/waitress to check up on the guests without request, I think that applies here. If you flag them down they're happy to help you. Set your expectations properly or order takeout. Everything doesn't have to be a fine dining experience. You get what you order and it taste's amazing every time. I always get the carne asada or pupusas revueltas with platanos maduro

You can miss this spot if you're driving along Little Creek and not paying attention. I found this spot on my Yelp search and stopped in one day. There is a little wait so you would be better off calling in your order. They have a wide variety of foods that really didn't seem partial to one area so they will have something for everyone. This is a divey spot and the parking isnt that good but it was worth it

Since El Gavilan on Chesapeake closed I've been looking for a place to get Salvadoran papusas. Mayas has them, although not as many choices! Mostly Honduran and Mexican dishes. The food is good, at a fair price. There is no English menu, only Spanish. No alcohol. Service is average. Chips come with bean dip instead of salsa. Six TVs showing a variety of Latino programs and sports. They say it's a bakery too but I don't know. This is a good place to try something more adventurous than your average El Azteca.

Went here because my cousin was getting a haircut next door. When you walk in it's definitely small, the waitresses kind of stay at the counter and no one seats you or anything. I thought they were gonna bring out chips and salsa or something, but no. I just got the basics three tacos de asada. The food was okay, still searching for the perfect taco place around here.

Yummie!!Best tajadas ever :) and the costumer service is excellent.I highly recommend this place.

Firstly, the menu! I loved their range of options, only issue is drinks; there's barely any. Service is okay (could be better), + pretty slow. The place isn't the greatest looking but isn't the worst either, there's music playing all the time as-well. My food came out last, took a very long time - another table got their food before mines. Overall pretty mid, wouldn't say it was worth the wait.

Food was good. I got tajadas de pollo which was amazing. It was a huge plate too! Service was off, it could be better. She didn't check up on us after she served our food. I had to get up to get boxes to go & get my check.

Service was horrible, i orders 3 mexican tacos, and the waitress said I couldn't order different meats, had to be the same meet, i was upset about that, so i said ok ill take why you have and then... she comes back later so say they ran out of that meat. Never again will i come to this place
