We love India food. Greeted right away and it looked really busy . We were seated in 5 mintues. Tables were really close together and I am usually not a fan of that but the people at the adjoining table were so nice. Inside is really an upscale restaurant so it was a wonderful experience. The service was impeccable. Very attentive and friendly. We all loved it!! My only negative thing is that I wish with the appetizer I can order quantity. We ordered the punjabi samosa. Excellent by the way but there were 3 of us and we only got 2. Crisp and flavorful.Tikka Masala-great flavor, perfect amount of sauce to chicken ratio. Everything was steaming hot. My favorite. I got a 3 heat and it was perfect. Vindloo-great flavor, I had never had this before and I have to say I will be getting again and again. Got a 4 heat level and at first it is perfect but as you continue to eat it feels like it gets hotter. But still super yummyThe Naan Bread was very fresh and I always get the garlic. It was so great I ordered more. I have to say I ate too much . It was wonderful.Chennai style Chicken Curry-excellent flavors. Got the 3 heat and that was perfect for us. Creamy and just the right amount of sauce and chicken and the rice was also seasoned. Basmati rice made perfect.I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Loved every part of this restaurant. Family-owned and operated with authentic and creative dishes.Ordered the chicken and paneer tikka masalas which were delicious and fresh and plentiful in protein. Then ordered galab jamun and ghee bundt cake which were served warm and melted in your mouth.The ghee bundt cake was something we've never had and I would go back just for that in a heartbeat. A must try.The ambiance and table settings are immaculate as well. This restaurant should not be missed if craving Indian and in the area.

We ordered to go and as always the food was delicious. Masala Craft never misses! The food is flavorful and the service is excellent. I love their vegetables. They're cooked to perfection. The fact that it's walking distance makes it even better. I highly recommend this place.

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place before. I come here at least once per month. There are only two Indian restaurants worth going to in Williamsburg and this is one of them. I love the atmosphere here it's very modern, clean, and ethnic. Many of the staff are family which makes it feel very quaint. I love their cocktail list! They have the old favorites and then some with an Indian twist! Try bring the smoke. The wine list is ok, I do wish there were some Italian wines on the red list though. Service, ambience, and cleanliness are all out of the park. The menu really is amazing. I had the lamb bites and padad with mint chutney for appetizers and they didn't disappoint. My favorite dish here is the saag, but other main courses I've tried have been spectacular as well. There is however one dish that I get no matter what when I come here, the fermented Indian vegetables. I have never heard nor experienced this before this restaurant. It's a citrus/tangy/slightly pungent side dish. It goes amazing with any curry. I like to put a little on my spoon with the saag each bite. When visiting Williamsburg and you want something intimate with fine dining this is your place.

Yay! They have Papadams offered as Papads so incredibly delicious! Thin and crispy served fresh and hot which I eat without any sauce though my hubby likes the mint one. I had jumbo crab Marsala and hubby had chicken vindaloo. I asked for 2 out of 5 vs. hubby's request for 7 out of 5 for spiciness. He said it was well spiced but not enough. Hey, I know.

I ordered the paneer masala with garlic Nann at the Indian spice level. It tasted pretty good. They give a lot of food for one order at this location. I wasn't expecting it. 1 meal is proba ly good for 2. The spice was perfect. I love heat and Indian spice brought it without making it unbareable and lose taste. Highly recommend it if you like heat. Parking is fine and picking up was quick and easy. O ly took about 20 mins to order ahead and it was packed and ready when I arrived. The person working was nice and the restaurant itself looked very nice and classy. I would definitely eat in next time we're in the area.

Once again a delicious meal! I live spicy foods, so it's a treat when I order a spice level of 5 out of 5 when teh cook actually listens and makes it that way. Too often I hear "we didn't think you'd eat it that way, so we made it milder-just add hot sauce. That completely changes the flavor. Here, they cook their foods to the spice level requested (wife is not as bold as I am, and she is happy with spice level she requests). Keep up the good work!

Have to try it! The service was great, the food was well prepared and hot, seemed like a family run restaurant. Loved it. Must try. Clean, fresh space.

Beautiful restaurant, and beautiful people. They always give us impecable service. Just recently has a Birthday there for a family member and they brough him out the most amazing peice of pastry I think I have ever had. The food is unmatched and we have tried quite a few Indian in the tri-area. Even when we try another we rush to get right back here. You will not be disappointed.
